Service was excellent. Tim explained everything in detail. Great service attitude. Would have been 5 stars except for the sticker shock. I am used to buying an opener at Sears for $XXX and having it installed for a minimal fee. Tim's explanation helped. I thought it was simple, buy new springs, put them up....obviously I had some learning to do.... Jim

Anthony did a great job in explaining the different options for a garage door motor. We needed to replace the garage door motor, as it was no longer functioning. anthony went over each of 4 options, and recommended what may be best for our case.
