Excellent is the only way to describe the service. The technician arrived on time and ready to discuss the problems with both garage doors. He quickly diagnosed both problems and gave me an estimate to repair which I thought was fair and honest. After I agreed to the price he began to work. Both doors now work like they did when first installed over 14 years ago. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service to anyone.

One of my garage door openers stopped working. Precision Door sent Matthew over the same day. Turned out the original opener could not be repaired. Matthew explained in detail the new door openers available. After my selection Matthew did the installation. He was very fast, neat and polite. He is an expert craftsman and when finished he took away the old opener and left my garage clean.

I have an additional door that is need of repair and will have Precision complete that door also. Matthew must be a real asset to your organization. Good, loyal workers are hard to find. Thank you.

Matthew was prompt, professional and personable. We liked the personal page prior to his arrival. Our repair job required extra carpentry to replace and install the springs, rollers and cables on a 30 year old garage. The alignment is improved and the whole unit opens quietly. Thanks.

Matt just came to service our garage door and was exceptional from start to finish! He explained all options thoroughly and finished the job quickly with high quality work. He had me come out and work the door several times ensure its operation was satisfactory and explained all the updates that were made. I will absolutely recommend Precision and Matt to family and friends and would not hesitate to use them again. I again have peace of mind with my door. Job well done! Thank you!

This is my second experience using your Company. 2 years ago Marc replaced my garage door opener. He was also great. Based on these two technicians ans the easy way of booking a same day appointment, Ive recommended my neighbor use your Company as well. He’ll be booking his appointment soon.

Precision Door responded to my call concerning my problems with my garage door promptly and provided with me with several time slots to have a technician inspect the door, so that I was able select an option that was most convenient for me. Their technician called about 30 minutes before his intended arrival to let me know that he was on his way and he arrived within the time frame that I selected. He quickly assessed the problems, gave me a clear understanding of what was wrong and what would be needed to fix them, provided me with a written estimate and performed the required repairs very efficiently and effectively. He then gave me some suggestions as to how I might better maintain the door to avoid future problems. Excellent and reasonably priced service – I could not be more satisfied.

Tim was excellent. He called before he came, explained everything, and finished the job without a problem. This is the second time he has serviced our doors—we have had consistently good service from him. *Note: Tim replaced not only the spring but also the cables, pulleys, and rollers.

from the first time I called Precision, I was pleased with the professional treatment that I received. Tim Rainey was the responding technician and he was the best. He explained everything in detail and made helpful suggestions to fit my needs. He was friendly and patient despite the many questions that I asked. He also helped me set the remotes up in my cars. I only wish all technicians were like Tim. Thanks for the quick response. I highly recommend Precision to anyone and you can't go wrong if you request Tim.

I cannot overstate the quality of the service experience I recently had with Precision and it's employees. From the initial phone call to a helpful and courteous service rep. to the scheduling of the appointment and email confirmation, helpful email reminders, to the service technician (Matthew) who kept me fully apprised of when he would get to my house and his fair and helpful guidance of what needed replacement and what did not, and the quality repair work with a quality product. Definitely a 5 star experience. I would highly recommend Precision.

My 17 year old chain driven garage door opener was acting up and the conclusion was that it was time to replace it. Precision (Lou, Tim) assessed the situation, gave me a price, scheduled the installation and did the work. All was done professionally, well and comfortably. I am a happy camper. Thank you.

Moved to a new home and did not like the way the garage door opener performed. I called Precision because I was very satisfied with the product and service they had provided in my previous home. Louis arrived in the time scheduled. He listened to my concerns, we picked a garage opener that would meet my concerns, he also worked on the rollers, cables, springs and pulley. In 2 hours the garage door opener was installed and he demonstrated its features and functions.

Erik came by this morning to perform a repair of our garage door. We had to have several items replaced (rollers etc) as the door was extremely loud and kept jamming. Erik called ahead to say he was on his way and gave me a ring upon arrival. He was extremely professional and friendly. The work was completed relatively quickly. My door opens smoothly and operates quietly now. This was the second time my husband and I have used Precision. Thank you again for the service.
