Quick-Easy-Prompt-Courteous-Reliable Called for an appointment on Monday evening after our garage door refused to open. An appointment was scheduled for the next morning. Precision Door responded to my call concerning my problems with my garage door promptly and provided with me with several time slots to have a technician inspect the door, so that I was able select an option that was most convenient for me. Their technician called about 30 minutes before his intended arrival to let me know that he was on his way and he arrived within the time frame that I selected. He quickly assessed the problems, gave me a clear understanding of what was wrong and what would be needed to fix them, provided me with a written estimate and performed the required repairs very efficiently and effectively. He then gave me some suggestions as to how I might better maintain the door to avoid future problems. Excellent and reasonably priced service – I could not be more satisfied.

I cannot overstate the quality of the service experience I recently had with Precision and it's employees. From the initial phone call to a helpful and courteous service rep. to the scheduling of the appointment and email confirmation, helpful email reminders, to the service technician (Matthew) who kept me fully apprised of when he would get to my house and his fair and helpful guidance of what needed replacement and what did not, and the quality repair work with a quality product. Moved to a new home and did not like the way the garage door opener performed. I called Precision because I was very satisfied with the product and service they had provided in my previous home. Louis arrived in the time scheduled. He listened to my concerns, we picked a garage opener that would meet my concerns, he also worked on the rollers, cables, springs and pulley. In 2 hours the garage door opener was installed and he demonstrated its features and functions.

Erik came by this morning to perform a repair of our garage door. We had to have several items replaced (rollers etc) as the door was extremely loud and kept jamming. Erik called ahead to say he was on his way and gave me a ring upon arrival. He was extremely professional and friendly. The work was completed relatively quickly. My door opens smoothly and operates quietly now. This was the second time my husband and I have used Precision. Thank you again for the service.

My garage door at times automatically shuts off, I have to turn it off and then back on to make it work again. I explained the problem when I was making the appointment. The technician had very good communication skills. Called me before showing up. He was a good guy. Unfortunately, when I explained my problem, he could not help fixing. he referred me to an electrician. I was not charged for the service visit, but at the same time I was not too happy since he could not resolve my problem, while I was told my the person making appointment, any issue we will take care of it for you! Anyhow, I did not mean to waste the technician's time, but I think they could tell me that when I was making the appointment! So I ma giving 2 stars because my issue was not resolved. But the technician came on time and had good communication skills, not able to fix the door.
