My garage door at times automatically shuts off, I have to turn it off and then back on to make it work again. I explained the problem when I was making the appointment. The technician had very good communication skills. Called me before showing up. He was a good guy. Unfortunately, when I explained my problem, he could not help fixing. he referred me to an electrician. I was not charged for the service visit, but at the same time I was not too happy since he could not resolve my problem, while I was told my the person making appointment, any issue we will take care of it for you! Anyhow, I did not mean to waste the technician's time, but I think they could tell me that when I was making the appointment! So I ma giving 2 stars because my issue was not resolved. But the technician came on time and had good communication skills, not able to fix the door.

This company was everything they stated they we're. Tech called with a time and was on time. Glen explained what was wrong and what was recommended and needed to complete the repair. Glens knowledge and know how repaired my springs, cable and rollers in just over an hour. I will definitely use this company again and recommend them

My 24 year old garage door opener was not functioning properly during the freezing cold winter months. I wanted to prevent this from happening next winter, so I called Precision. John D. was the technician who came and installed the new Liftmaster unit. I had so many questions for John. He was very pleasant, patient, and professional. Called at 7:30am to schedule an appt for a broken garage door spring, received a 2-6pm window for a same day appt. Luke called 25 minutes prior to arriving (2pm), gave me a rundown of the necessary work and pricing, and finished the entire job within 70 minutes. Very prompt service. Just called this morning for a quote and Precision was able to schedule the job. Luke, the serviceman, was very courteous and knowledgeable and brought me up to speed with the mechanics of the belt drive opener. He helped me program the opener for each door. Wow what service!!I had the pleasure to speak to Brooke today who set up an apt which she had open.It was with Luigi Fusaro who was absolutely pleasant to deal with and on time. He went over my options for a new overhead garage door opener and warrenty.Luigi answered ALL my questions even when I asked it more than once without hesitation or an attitude.That was worth more than the cost of my job--SERIOUSLY-- He has a very calming personality and a wonderful sense of humor.He worked hard in the heat and never complained about the work. He cleaned up his work mess which was meticulous.I highly recommend PRECISION if you want a stress free experience from the initial phone call to the service call.Oh yeah their pricing is very reasonable and product high end. We installed our new steel garage doors last summer to replace the old wood ones. The new doors run much more smoothly and a lot more quietly! The technician was very friendly and did a great job. When I recently reported some problems with the keyless pad, the service line set up an appointment in a timely manner and the technicians came very quickly and solved my problem. I scheduled an appointment for a spring that broke on my garage door. Scheduling was easy and convenient. Made an appointment for the next day and the technician on the job, Brian, called in the morning to let me know when I could expect hem to arrive. He let me know that he was at another job, that they would be done by a certain time and that they would call as soon as they were on their way. True to his work and time estimate, Brian called and showed up promptly. Once here Brian introduced me to his colleague that was training, Josh. Both Brian and Josh were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I went over the issues I was having, and Brian explained to me my options. I also brought up some other concerns I was having about the garage door openers, and he advised to what could be done without trying to upsell. I decided to move forward with some additional work and they said they could have it done with 2 hours. All the parts were on the truck and this made the service call that much more convenient as they would not have to come out for a follow-up call to complete the work. Work was completed in less than 2 hours and the workmanship exceeded my expectations. Brian and Josh went over in detail what was done, and how to keep up with any maintenance. Price was fair, and I would highly recommend.

I would give a five star rating to the actual service by Tim. There was some confusion on the scheduling part, where the dispatcher set the expectation very different than what Precision offers. After learning about the confusion, Tim tried his best to make the things work out. I am very pleased with his professionalism and his work.
