I would give a five star rating to the actual service by Tim. There was some confusion on the scheduling part, where the dispatcher set the expectation very different than what Precision offers. After learning about the confusion, Tim tried his best to make the things work out. I am very pleased with his professionalism and his work.

We called to have our 20+ year-old garage door opener replaced because it was no longer functioning properly in cold weather. Rob Z was the technician who came over to perform the repair. He did an excellent job of installing the new Liftmaster ELITE unit and he was very patient with me in explaining and showing the various features of the new system. He also went the extra mile to successfully set up Home Link in our two cars to work with the new garage door system. With the quality of service he provided, we will definitely call your company again should we have a garage door problem in the future.

Initial call started what led to a timely and efficient service visit. Schedulingwas done toour convenience, the Technician - Charles Gripenburg, called prior to his arrival to confirm the appointment and provided us with his ETA. Upon arrival he quickly diagnosed the issues and explained the options. Upon compleion, he provided instructions for operation and contact info for any concerns. Our garage door spring and cable suddenly broke. I contacted Precision as my dad had a good experience with a door repair they did and recommended them. We used Precision a few years ago for a rebuild on one of our garage doors. It was time for the other one to be fixed, and I called up, at 10 pm, thinking I’d leave a message and hear back the next morning. What a shock that someone live answered! We got Charles out here the next day and he was on time, friendly and did a great job rebuilding the 2nd door. Would definitely recommend, thanks again for another good job!

I scheduled an appointment for a spring that broke on my garage door. Scheduling was easy and convenient. Made an appointment for the next day and the technician on the job, Brian, called in the morning to let me know when I could expect hem to arrive. He let me know that he was at another job, that they would be done by a certain time and that they would call as soon as they were on their way. True to his work and time estimate, Brian called and showed up promptly. Once here Brian introduced me to his colleague that was training, Josh. Both Brian and Josh were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I went over the issues I was having, and Brian explained to me my options. I also brought up some other concerns I was having about the garage door openers, and he advised to what could be done without trying to upsell. I decided to move forward with some additional work and they said they could have it done with 2 hours. All the parts were on the truck and this made the service call that much more convenient as they would not have to come out for a follow-up call to complete the work. Work was completed in less than 2 hours and the workmanship exceeded my expectations. Brian and Josh went over in detail what was done, and how to keep up with any maintenance. Price was fair, and I would highly recommend.
