John was our service provider today. He was very courteous and professional. He even asked me if I’d like a cup of coffee upon arrival! John took the time to explain in detail the work that he would like to perform and gave me options of what were highly recommended fixes vs nice to do but not necessary yet. He also walked me through the set up to enable control of my garage door with my smart phone. Very pleased with the service today
Hi Kabeer! Thank you for leaving a review! Giving homeowners immediate repair options or more long term upgrades allow homeowners to make a decision they are happy about for their garage door service, without pressure of a hard sell. We look forward to helping with any future garage door repair.

Great communication on scheduling the appointment. Ryan and Alan showed up on time and gave an accurate time estimate for the work. Clearly explained the problems with our garage door components and the motor and what was needed to fix/replace them. Gave us a discount on the cost estimate and helped explain the cost involved in replacing the components. The final work was very neat and we are very happy. Ryan also explained us about what was needed to maintain (oiling etc.) the garage door. Overall a very good piece of work.

We had used this company before - and had had a very good experience with the workmanship so we decided to go with them again. They were very responsive when we contacted them, very professional, showed up at exactly the time that was told to us. Brian was an excellent technician, very professional and explained what our options were very clearly. He also completed the work in good time. He took all the necessary precautions in this COVID era - maintained six feet distance, was masked at all times and did not have any paperwork.
Thanks for the review, Athula! We appreciate you taking the time to acknowledge Brian's professionalism and skills. Thank you for continuing to choose Precision for your garage door needs!
