Moved to a new home and did not like the way the garage door opener performed. I called Precision because I was very satisfied with the product and service they had provided in my previous home. Louis arrived in the time scheduled. He listened to my concerns, we picked a garage opener that would meet my concerns, he also worked on the rollers, cables, springs and pulley. In 2 hours the garage door opener was installed and he demonstrated its features and functions.

Erik came by this morning to perform a repair of our garage door. We had to have several items replaced (rollers etc) as the door was extremely loud and kept jamming. Erik called ahead to say he was on his way and gave me a ring upon arrival. He was extremely professional and friendly. The work was completed relatively quickly. My door opens smoothly and operates quietly now. This was the second time my husband and I have used Precision. Thank you again for the service.

My garage door at times automatically shuts off, I have to turn it off and then back on to make it work again. I explained the problem when I was making the appointment. The technician had very good communication skills. Called me before showing up. He was a good guy. Unfortunately, when I explained my problem, he could not help fixing. he referred me to an electrician. I was not charged for the service visit, but at the same time I was not too happy since he could not resolve my problem, while I was told my the person making appointment, any issue we will take care of it for you! Anyhow, I did not mean to waste the technician's time, but I think they could tell me that when I was making the appointment! So I ma giving 2 stars because my issue was not resolved. But the technician came on time and had good communication skills, not able to fix the door.

This company was everything they stated they we're. Tech called with a time and was on time. Glen explained what was wrong and what was recommended and needed to complete the repair. Called at 7:30am to schedule an appt for a broken garage door spring, received a 2-6pm window for a same day appt. Luke called 25 minutes prior to arriving (2pm), gave me a rundown of the necessary work and pricing, and finished the entire job within 70 minutes. Very prompt service. Just called this morning for a quote and Precision was able to schedule the job. Wow what service!!I had the pleasure to speak to Brooke today who set up an apt which she had open.It was with Luigi Fusaro who was absolutely pleasant to deal with and on time. He went over my options for a new overhead garage door opener and warrenty.Luigi answered ALL my questions even when I asked it more than once without hesitation or an attitude.That was worth more than the cost of my job--SERIOUSLY-- He has a very calming personality and a wonderful sense of humor.He worked hard in the heat and never complained about the work. He cleaned up his work mess which was meticulous.I highly recommend PRECISION if you want a stress free experience from the initial phone call to the service call.Oh yeah their pricing is very reasonable and product high end. We installed our new steel garage doors last summer to replace the old wood ones. The new doors run much more smoothly and a lot more quietly! The technician was very friendly and did a great job. When I recently reported some problems with the keyless pad, the service line set up an appointment in a timely manner and the technicians came very quickly and solved my problem.
