Our garage door spring and cable suddenly broke. I contacted Precision as my dad had a good experience with a door repair they did and recommended them. I got an appointment quickly (over a holiday weekend). Our technician, George M., was prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and informative in explaining our options. I would use them again if the need arises and recommend them to others.

We used Precision a few years ago for a rebuild on one of our garage doors. It was time for the other one to be fixed, and I called up, at 10 pm, thinking I’d leave a message and hear back the next morning. What a shock that someone live answered! Brian was great He 1st called to let me know his earlier job was running late -- which I appreciated since I have a busy day with other appointments. So that was very considerate. Even though he didn't have the bar for the spring, he was able to still put on the cables. He was professional and polite and was able to finish the job quickly. From what I saw today, I'd recommend him again.
