I made an emergency call on Saturday afternoon because my door wouldn't close. Kevin agreed to come a little after 5. He called me when he was on his way. Although it was late int he day, he agreed to install a new garage door opener for me. He was very nice and knowledgeable and explained everything to me. After I found Precision door by Googling garage door repair in Bedminster, NJ. The testimonials on the website (of which there were many), and the positive Google reviews is why I decided to make an appointment to have our garage door checked (it wouldn't close). I booked an appointment for the 8am - 12pm time slot, and the tech called at 8 to say he'd arrive by 9:30. I appreciated the notice, and he arrived within 5 or 10 minutes of that time. He was professional, courteous, and had the problem fixed quickly. I would recommend Precision to others, and will use them again if needed.

Great pricing, cool product, excellent team, and a delightful experience! We needed to get an automatic garage door opener for our second garage door (which I had been delaying for quite some time now!). Precision guided me through my options & pricing over the phone and scheduled a date & time that worked out very well. The technician Gaetano C. did a great job of explaining, installing, testing, and demonstrating how to operate the door opener. I loved their paper work / process, which was all electronic (schedule follow-up email w/ a tentative indication of who the service technician would be, the sign-off, and a copy of the invoice). Peter our technician was excellent in every regard. He clearly explained all of the material and electrical and mechanical issues involved with repairing our garage doors. He also presented us with different repair options, discussed the warranties and repairs involved, and was sure to present his completed work in a way that confirmed the detail and quality of the job we were told to expect.
