After I found Precision door by Googling garage door repair in Bedminster, NJ. The testimonials on the website (of which there were many), and the positive Google reviews is why I decided to make an appointment to have our garage door checked (it wouldn't close). I booked an appointment for the 8am - 12pm time slot, and the tech called at 8 to say he'd arrive by 9:30. I appreciated the notice, and he arrived within 5 or 10 minutes of that time. He was professional, courteous, and had the problem fixed quickly. I would recommend Precision to others, and will use them again if needed.

Great pricing, cool product, excellent team, and a delightful experience! We needed to get an automatic garage door opener for our second garage door (which I had been delaying for quite some time now!). Precision guided me through my options & pricing over the phone and scheduled a date & time that worked out very well. The technician Gaetano C. did a great job of explaining, installing, testing, and demonstrating how to operate the door opener. I loved their paper work / process, which was all electronic (schedule follow-up email w/ a tentative indication of who the service technician would be, the sign-off, and a copy of the invoice). Peter our technician was excellent in every regard. He clearly explained all of the material and electrical and mechanical issues involved with repairing our garage doors.
