He was on time, very polite, pleasant and respectful of my time (I had had another appointment to attend to). Tim Rainey responded to my emergency call - one of our doors was not closing. Tim discovered the eyes were misaligned and a wire was broken. He repaired both quickly and professionally. He also adjusted the door's balance so that it stayed down when closed, instead of going right back up again. Tim impressed me with his patience, his creativity and his determination to solve the problem before he left. He also pointed out that we should replace the springs on both both doors but did not need to do so immediately. His honesty was appreciated. When we decide to replace the springs, we will be sure to request Tim.

Although I ended up paying much more than I thought, but I am happy with the service Brandon provided, he is very professional. Overall service was excellent, truly 24x7. I called first thing on Saturday morning, team worked around there appointments schedule and confirmed Brandon will be at my house within 45mins. Right after I finished the call with the appointment, Brandon called right way and very kindly informed me that he will be at my house in 35 mins. Brandon examined all three doors and explained details of each of my options, sincerely showed how he cared about his customer and my safety. I trusted him and decided to let him do some preventative maintenance work and ended up replacing springs on two doors. Definitely would recommend Brandon to others. The reason for 4 stars is because Precision fee is higher than other companies.

Rich was, like before, amazing, clear and professional. I must add that while Precision seems to have very good technicians on the field, their call center does not echo the same level of service. They weren't as friendly or helpful as the field team like Rich are.

I intended to get 2-3 contractors to repair my garage door opener, but chose to go with, you only because of the relatively inexpensive cost for the initial visit ($69), the professional website. Pete Orlando was very professional and explained things very well and answered all of my questions, no matter how trivial. He was not pushy to sell anything, but made recommendations and let me decide what to do. I replaced the garage door opener since it was very old, added safety beams, new pulleys, and safety cables. Very satisfied with the work and I operated everything before he left. Will recommend your company to others if asked.

I am very pleased with the service of Precision over the last 11 years. Today Brandon came to my home because of remote controlled garage opener problems. He ordered the parts and arranged for another serviceman to come back on Wednesday. Brandon did everything he could but didn't have the (older) parts on his truck. Thanks for his help and the problem should be resolved by Wednesday afternoon!

Andrew arrived on time and was able to quickly determine what repairs would be required. [The problem was that the door had come down automatically on a heavy object, thus bending the top frame and arm.] He explained what he was going to do and what the repair would cost. It took Andrew less than half an hour to repair and test the door. I am quite satisfied with the repair he did as well as his professionalism. I give the service 5 Stars. We had a Torsion spring replaced and the job was completed in about 30 Minutes. Very happy the tech Ron was knowledgeable and informative. Checked the two other doors and lubricated all of them as well.
