We had used this company before - and had had a very good experience with the workmanship so we decided to go with them again. They were very responsive when we contacted them, very professional, showed up at exactly the time that was told to us. Brian was an excellent technician, very professional and explained what our options were very clearly. He also completed the work in good time. He took all the necessary precautions in this COVID era - maintained six feet distance, was masked at all times and did not have any paperwork.
