This is a great company and I couldn't be happier with the service, the staff and the product. I checked out a few companies before settling on Precision, but they were clearly the best. The doors were delivered and installed on schedule, and the guys who did the work were as professional as they come. It's a pleasure to recommend this company for any services related to garage doors.

Ethan was very knowledgeable, friendly and answered all my questions. Did an excellent job installing my garage door sensors. Gave me several options and prices. No pressure at all. Safety was a concern, garage doors springs and cables are 27 yrs. old. The email from Ethan for future needs and repairs was a plus. Will definitely use Precision and Ethan in the future.

Matthew Dewald was right on time and was professional and personable in explaining our options for the needed garage door repair work. His problem solving skills became quickly apparent and we had him look at a non-motorized overhead cabana door as well. Thanks to Matthew's tireless efforts in figuring out the correct spring weights needed, we now have a door that moves easily and holds safely in place while open. We very much appreciate Matthew's outstanding work ethic and determination in solving our doors' needs. Precision is fortunate to have Matthew as one of the faces of its company and we will be telling others of our very positive experience with Precision.

Excellent Service!! We had a problem when we woke up in the morning and we saw the Precision truck at a neighbor's house. They immediately came over to service us, and took time out of their already scheduled day to service us. They had all the supplies to fix the door and didn't use any chemicals or sprays to keep our home healthy per our request. Great team!!! 5 stars!
