Absolutely the best! Always responsive! Tim, my service tech, was very informative, answered all my questions. Love my new garage door and opener. All contacts from making the appointment was done with precision! Didn't realize it was just a name, but the actual service/product you receive from this company. While I was impressed with the service that Luke performed, he did not recommend services that were not needed for a second door, the thing that most impressed me was that he was supposed to be here between 12 and 4. I got a call at 12:07 telling me he would be here at 3:30. He then called me again at 2 PM and said he would be here in 45 minutes, which he was. He was pleasant to deal with and seemed very knowldgable. He sjhowed me how to grease the pulleys and even left a tube of grease for me to use next year. I was extremely satisfied.

I needed a new motor for my garage door as well as new rollers. Chris, the tech, came within the given time range and called when he was 30 minutes from the house so I knew when to expect him. Value that you provide information on the technician that will come to my house ahead of time. Luke was excellent. He called to advise when he would arrive. PVPOA highly recommended you to replace my garage door opener. Someone was at my house in an hour. And took only an hour to do everything.
