I've been using Precision to service our garage doors for years, they installed our opener and I call them whenever we have a problem. The technicians that come to the house are always knowledgable and polite. Kevin S came to our house recently to install cables for safety into the springs and he is an asset to your company, friendly and efficient. I have no reason to call any other company when it comes to garage doors and garage door openers.

I have used Precision door twice in the last 6 years and have always received excellent quality service. I called Precision Door again when I had an issue with my garage door opener which was purchased in 1996. The part which broke was no longer made so the tech installed a new garage door opener which is working out great. Thanks so much.

My service technician was Kevin S. I am very much satisfied with service. Kevin did call me 10 minutes before visit and he was on time. He is very pleasant person. He explained me all my questions in detail about garage door maintenance. he finished his job very accurately within 15-20 minutes. I am very much satisfied with his service. I will give 5 star to him and Precision Service

Precision has now installed 2 new Lift Masters at my home. They call back, they call ahead, they show up on time and they do the work without issue. The trucks make a good appearance and the techs are always neat and professional. They Explain what needs to be done and they never have to "go back to the shop" mid-repair. It is also good to know that Precision does background checks and drug tests on their employees. Highly recommended.

We had received a coupon in the mail and decided to contact Precision yesterday when our garage door had its problem. The technician came today as expected, was very polite, knowledgeable and competent and made us feel that the job would be done well and correctly. We have already referred Precision to a neighbor.

Kevin was professional, prompt and efficient. Our door would not close by pushing the button and as it turned out the electronic eyes or sensor were not lined up. He discovered this immediately, made the adjustment and took the time to explain everything. The only negative thing I have to comment about is that your advertisement includes a $25 coupon off the regularly priced service call of $69 - I specifically asked the customer service rep when I called in about the use of it as well as what the $69 charge covered. I was led to believe that the $25 could be taken off the $69 if that was the only charge incurred. Kevin told me that the $25 would only be applied if he had charged me an additional labor charge, which thankfully he did not. Overall, I feel the service provided and the peace of mind in having my door working again was well worth the $69!

Our cable, springs and other things were broken. Gaetano the Precision Door technician was professional and courteous, did a great job explaining everything. Gaetano has great customer service skills and is certainly an asset to the company.

We called precision, because it serviced the Hackettstown and had a lot of good reviews online. The technician who came out felt he needed to explain in detail exactly what was wrong with the garage, I just wanted him to fix the particular problem and be done with it, (that in itself was fine) he suggested fixing both sides of the spring where only one side had a problem, I said just fix the side that was broken and if or when the other side goes we will replace.

Mario, Thank you for your feedback. While I understand it was your goal to fix one spring, our techs are trained to identify and diagnose the issues in your garage. We noted that the spring broke and understood that you only wanted to fix THAT spring, and we did only replace THAT spring for you. However, you need to understand our reason for wanting to fix bith springs. Both springs are the same age and have been used the same amount of times(Cycles) both up and down, so if only one is replaced you will probably be calling us in a few weeks to fix the other one. An analogy we like to use, if your left front brake needs to be replaced you replace the right at the same time: Right?? I hope this clears up your misunderstanding. It has been my pleasure to deal with Precision since 2010 and always satisfied with the highest quality of service provided. Tim who has been our Service Technician is very customer focused explaining why a part needs to be replaced and not just installing part. Also, performs a great job installing and servicing our garage doors even cleans-up after the job is finished.

A co-worker recommended your company. We were extremely satisifed with the repair. Both service technicians were polite and quickly replaced the broken springs and all hardware. You installed my garage door lift a few years ago, and for the most part, it has been problem free. The battery for the battery backup failed after the hurricane, and I had a service tech here today to fix it. My technician Kevin was very professional and handled my repair quickly without any issues. I would recommend your company to anyone else looking for a garage door installation or repair. The door actually broke on Monday and they were there to repair it within a day.
