Tim knew just what was needed to correct the many years of negelect by previous owners. On 7/11 Dave Papa installed a garage door opener at my home. I was very pleased with Dave, he did not finish till after 8pm and it was sweltering. Whereupon he assisted one of my neighbors with their garage door opener issue. He went above and beyond.

The appointment covered a combination of services relating to my garage door opener as well as the molding around the physical door. Tim came to the house on time, and installed a new garage opener rather than putting money into an old one. He was thoroughly familiar with his products, and explained everything in detail, then demonstrated how it worked. He was very polite, patient, left no debris, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Too bad other companies don't have reps like him! I recommended him to 2 neighbors on the spot. Thank you, Tim!

tim is first of all a good guy with a great personality! he knew just what the problem was with my existing opener door opener and gave me my options, while at the same time used that knowledge to sell me what i considerd to be a good product;at the same time tim fixed my wife's garage door which was damaged do to her loss of concentration while backing out. u should be proud to have tim as a part of your team. HE IS AN ASSET TO TOUR BUSINESS !!!
