The two service technicians that came to replace both of my garage doors and fix the flashing knew their job and did it well. Tim came to the house on time, and installed a new garage opener rather than putting money into an old one. He was thoroughly familiar with his products, and explained everything in detail, then demonstrated how it worked. He was very polite, patient, left no debris, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. tim is first of all a good guy with a great personality! he knew just what the problem was with my existing opener door opener and gave me my options, while at the same time used that knowledge to sell me what i considerd to be a good product;at the same time tim fixed my wife's garage door which was damaged do to her loss of concentration while backing out. u should be proud to have tim as a part of your team. HE IS AN ASSET TO TOUR BUSINESS !!!

Sean arrived at the time that he was expected, he said who he was and was very polite in his appearance. As I opened the garage for him he inspected the door that needed repairs, he informed me as to what is need and the cost,and time need to make said repairs, he completed the work in the time that he said it would take, and cleaned up after, he then explained to me the cost to each item and the warranty on the springs. Would I use your service in the future yes I would. Thank you..
