Could not be more professional from start to finish. Constant communication, Bio and pic of technician, track arrival, professional appearance, demeanor and quality of work. Chris did a rebuild February of 2018. Could not be more pleased, was worth the cost. December 2018, "J" arm became detached from garage door, my fault. Chris had it repaired in 40 minutes. Included an overall inspection, repair and any necessary tweaking. No oversell or unnecessary repairs. Chris was recommended to us in April & I asked for him specifically in December.

Five stars from the start! The customer service was great. Luke's customer service was of the highest standard I have ever experienced. Luke called ahead before arrival AND established a pleasant demeanor during the call which put me at ease before his arrival. Luke's attention to detail allowed me to feel comfortable and confident with the results of his pre-inspection; which in turn I trusted his recommendations and am more than satisfied with the results. By the time I hung up with the 800 number, who gave me an appointment for the following morning, the local tech called to say they can get here within the hour. I was thrilled not to have to worry about the garage door left open overnight. The young man arrived promptly, was courteous and took the time to explain the system. He even hauled away the old one and cleaned up after himself!

We called Precision for a Service Call based on their location and ratings, because our Garage Door was opening and closing on its own and was also not responding to the remote or the safety eyes at the bottom of the door. The technician Rob quickly assessed and described the issues with our existing garage door and opener in a manner that was easy to understand. Once the problems were identified, we went over the options to solve the issues. It was determined that we needed a new door opener unit and belt mechanism, we also needed some other belts and spring safety cord replaced. It cost a bit more than we expected, but after being offered a slight break in price and weighing the options to determine that the replacement/upgrade would provide us with a better garage door opener with more features than the old unit, we decided to move forward and the work was completed quickly and thoroughly. We were then given very good instructions on how to use the new door opener, the new indoor and outdoor keypads and Rob also programmed our car to sync up with the new opener and explained how to set up the app to be able to control our garage door from our phones. Overall it was not inexpensive, but we definitely feel that we got a great value, quality products and excellent hands on service, as well as defined warrantees from the provider.

I had springs, cables and opener for this serbice call. I had to call a second time to secure a bracket which came out of the ceiling that holds the opener in place. The initial technician was friendly and courteous.

Called for service on my garage door. Door was not closing properly. The technician was here within 45 minutes of my call. When he got here, he introduced himself and we went over what my problem was. He checked out the reason the door was not closing. He quickly discovered the problem, explained what it was and gave me a quick estimate. Asked if he should proceed, given permission, and repaired it within an hour. Door working great now. What an outstanding customer-service-focused website, probably the best I've ever seen. I scheduled a maintenance service and Erik arrived at my house in a matter of hours, and was even early for his appointment. He called me first and gave me an accurate estimate of his arrival time. He listened to my description of the problems and in no time diagnosed and corrected both of the issues and solved the problems. He was courteous and professional throughout. I work for Mercedes-Benz USA for the past 38 years, and we know a little about outstanding customer service, and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with both Erik in particular, and the Precision company in general. I would certainly highly recommend Precision to friends and family, and would ask for Erik by name if I have future service needs. There was only one downside, that being that Erik is unfortunately a fan of the hated Dallas Cowboys! lol, but seriously, it was a pleasure getting this excellent work done to make my garage doors operate smoothly once again.
