Garage door openers were installed five years ago. Service was requested for adjustment to safety sensor height needed to comply with building codes. Service technician, Scott M., arrived promptly, provided excellent service, explained in detail work to be performed and related code regulations, worked carefully, neatly, and efficiently. He was very professional and displayed high level of customer care. I would not hesitate to recommend him for installations, repairs, or inspections of garage door systems.

From the beginning: (my phone call) to the end, (when job was completed) I can't recall anything that could be done better. Very nice girl made an appointment for next morning. Kevin Stasiak was here at exact time we agreed on, in 5 minutes he explained what's wrong with the door, gave me an estimate and after my OK, started working. He did an excellent job, the door works like new. And then he took his time to explain to me how the door should be maintained to avoid problems in the future. I am very pleased with the quality of Kevin's service and Precision Door service. Will be happy to recommend your company to friends and neighbors.

After 30 years, I upgraded with two new garage door openers. Ron explained my choices and I made a decision on his clear concise information. I was pleased to have a "professional" who knew the product, spoke intelligently and in English. The work was done within 2 hours and the clean up was done without anyone knowing I had any work done. As members of North Jersey AAA, we participated in a special promotion that included a multi-point inspection and lubrication of our garage door. During his visit, the technician also replaced our plastic factory rollers with new nylon rollers. The service was performed efficiently, and the technician gave me a very good overview of my garage-door system, its current condition, and the service he was performing. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the technician and the quality of the service. Precision is clearly a customer- and quality-oriented company--and it shows.
