From the beginning: (my phone call) to the end, (when job was completed) I can't recall anything that could be done better. Very nice girl made an appointment for next morning. Kevin Stasiak was here at exact time we agreed on, in 5 minutes he explained what's wrong with the door, gave me an estimate and after my OK, started working. He did an excellent job, the door works like new. And then he took his time to explain to me how the door should be maintained to avoid problems in the future. I am very pleased with the quality of Kevin's service and Precision Door service. Will be happy to recommend your company to friends and neighbors.

After 30 years, I upgraded with two new garage door openers. Ron explained my choices and I made a decision on his clear concise information. I thought the service rep was very good. He explained all services well. He was also willing to problem solve. The only negative was the price. The labor costs were in line but I feel the replacement part costs were on the high side.

As members of North Jersey AAA, we participated in a special promotion that included a multi-point inspection and lubrication of our garage door. During his visit, the technician also replaced our plastic factory rollers with new nylon rollers. The service was performed efficiently, and the technician gave me a very good overview of my garage-door system, its current condition, and the service he was performing. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the technician and the quality of the service. Precision is clearly a customer- and quality-oriented company--and it shows.

Marc did a great job replacing spring. He also recommended replacing some of the other components to improve longevity of system. We decided to wait for now since the system is less than 5 years old.

I had my install done today-I chose Precision because they had 24/7 service, had real people answering the phone and were able to get the job done within a day. Marc called and let me know when he was on his way which I always appreciate. I had a complete garage door overhaul in June. The door began to make unusual noises. Scott McDonald came to assess the problem. He was a very polite technician. He established the tone of the appointment by contacting me on the morning of my appointment to let me know his anticipated arrival time. Tim came to inspect my three garage doors after one of the springs had snapped. Since our home was 10 years old the doors were out of balance, the springs, rollers, cables, safety cables and pulleys were all failing. He showed me where the cables were fraying and how out of balance all the pulleys were. He recommended to perform a Precision Door Service rebuild on all three doors. He had all the parts necessary to do the work on the initial call. Amazing - with other contracters they usually have to order the parts and come back. He worked by himself, neatly and extremely professional. Performing the Precision Door Service rebuild on all three garage doors provided me with a lifetime warranty on all the replacement parts. That was the best part. My garage doors are a lot quieter and safer now. Tim was great with his explanation of the problems and actually showing me what the problems were. I would definitely use Precision Door Service again and always ask for Tim Rainey as my technician. He performed an extremely professional courteous job. Thank you. He deserves 10 stars.
