I was impressed with the speed with which the initial response came from the google inquiry. I was further impressed by the speed with which I was contacted and a service rep was on site. The technision was very good. I'm sorry to have forgotten his name already. I have his card, but it's not handy right now. He has even offered to assist me with setting my garage door opener in my car when I get back to FL. Thanks for a great experience (even if I had to pay for it!!!).

anthony arrived on time, explained my situation in terms any woman could grasp and be able to make an informed decision....he finished exactly when he said he would, and cleaned up every bit of material.....he was polite, kind and very professinal. i have every intention of replacing my door with you folks in the spring...thanks for a great job
