I have had many a service group in my home, and I have to say that Vince was without fail the most polite and thorough technician that I have dealt with. Vince explained everything that needed to be done and why, completed the work quickly and also performed a safety inspection, fixed an area of concern for him to ensure my safety (didn't charge for the "fix") and sweeped my garage!! I was very pleased that I was able to get an appointment quickly and that Kyle, my service technician, took the time to carefully explain how the door opening mechanism works and what was required to repair my opener. He discussed repair options and mentioned recommendations to be on the look-out moving forward to keep the door operational. He completed the work within the estimated time frame, and was very professional, friendly and courteous.

My gargage door was malfunctioning and I had to manually open and close the door. I found Precision on website and read the great reviews. Ron, my Service Technician came to my home one day after the call was made. I can only say positive things about Precision. Firstly, Ron spoke "layman" and I knew what he was saying was true. He completed the work in the time he said he would. This installation was conducted while I was at work and I did not need to be home when he came. The job was phenomenal. Cost is comparable to others. Very neat. Highly recommend this company. Very reliable!

Tim couldn't have been a nicer guy and as a customer of any service, that is so important. He was very thorough in his explanation of what service he was going to perform to fix my broken door. The tech was timely and very patient. He did a great job. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was that I had a hard a time understanding my different options and what was included. You should have a printed sheet to give people.

Tim the Tech. I had was very polite and very through. I can tell that he must have worked at Percision a number of years. He also treated me with respect and some people I have dealt with in the past don't show me much respect or tried to sell me something I didn't need because I was a woman. Tim was also very through too! I would recommend Percision to anybody and everybody I know.I have had a positive experence

I chose Precision Garage Door Openers because in the yellow page ad.it said that they are certified technician and when my technician Tim came he was very friendly and he knew alot more about garage doors than other garage door repair men.I tell everybody I know Precision is the best garage door service in the business!

If you look at our website you will find out each employee is drug and backround checked. Home owners don't realize how important that is in this industry. Think about it.
