Tim couldn't have been a nicer guy and as a customer of any service, that is so important. He was very thorough in his explanation of what service he was going to perform to fix my broken door. I called at 9am and Tim was there at 11:30 as promised. Took him only an hour and the door worked better than ever. Thanks Tim!!

The tech was timely and very patient. He did a great job. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was that I had a hard a time understanding my different options and what was included. You should have a printed sheet to give people.

Tim the Tech. I had was very polite and very through. I can tell that he must have worked at Percision a number of years. He also treated me with respect and some people I have dealt with in the past don't show me much respect or tried to sell me something I didn't need because I was a woman. Tim was also very through too! I would recommend Percision to anybody and everybody I know.I have had a positive experence

The garage door opener installation appears to be working well and he was very thorough in explaining and establishing all the programming elements that were available with the opener. I chose Precision Garage Door Openers because in the yellow page ad.it said that they are certified technician and when my technician Tim came he was very friendly and he knew alot more about garage doors than other garage door repair men.I tell everybody I know Precision is the best garage door service in the business!

Wow Lorraine, You should come to work for us. Most people have no idea what it takes to be a certified technician. In fact many of our competitors say the same words but they have no meaning. If you look at our website you will find out each employee is drug and backround checked. Home owners don't realize how important that is in this industry. Think about it. The garage door tech can program a new remote in seconds. Thank you for the kind words.

Jeff did a thorough job of analyzing the condition of our old set up. He installed the new opener in one visit, eventhough it meant staying late, he programmed all the remotes, and he explained the system.

Garage door was found to be in very good condition. I had all of the hardware components replaced and a new door opener installed. The work was done quickly and neatly. Tim was professional in his explanation on how the system works,the safety features and the guaranties.I was out to have one spring and a cable replaced--after Tim showed me all of the bad and exhausted parts I had him do a complete overhaul.Now I feel safe.Thanks Tim

I was very impressed with Vince! Quite frankly, many years ago, I used Precision and felt like I received a sales pitch. I hesitated to call Precision again but Iâ??m glad I did. I wound up having a very different experience with Vince. He was knowledgeable, explained why he felt certain services were necessary but I trusted him. The recommended job was expensive so I wasnâ??t ready to move forward yet. However, when I do I will be sure to call Precision and will definitely request working with Vince!
