From the initial service call with Kevin S I was pleased with my decision to call Precision right off the bat. He was on time for the appointment/estimate and armed with many options to fit my budget. Then the door team stepped in. I chose Precision TODAY because I was speaking to my neighbors over the weekend and they told me they had called and made an appt for one of your service people to come today and fix -- replace -- I believe, their door. Their door was BROKEN. My door wasn't broken but it was SO NOISY that when I got home late, I didn't even put my car in the garage, the door made so much noise . . . and I went into my house via the front door. So I decided to speak to your guy, Pete, while he was at my neighbors. It turned out he had time to check and fix my door as well today. He was professional, friendly, explained what the problem was, offered options to address it, I chose the option, he was able to do it, and was done -- no time wasted. I was very impressed with Pete's professionalism, knowledge and willingness to share information . . . not to mention that the door is now so quiet, I can barely hear it in motion. I'm happy to give you/Pete a 5-star review. Your menu doesn't let me choose all the products that I purchased today. They are cables, pulleys, rollers, and springs. Thanks so much!

It was a little rough getting started with some confusion between the office and myself in what I needed and scheduling the install, but once manpower hit the site things were much different. Kevin my installer new exactly what I needed, we had to reschedule at that point but that was OK. Kevin came back when he said he would and I got a professionally installed opener at that point.

Tim was knowledgeable and efficient. Now my garage door opens smoothly and quietly, and I don't have to worry about any harm to my car or me from a broken cable.
