I would give your service 5 stars. When I called, the operator was very polite and helpful. The service technician called ahead to let me know when he would be arriving. He came on time. He explained what needed to be repaired and the cost. He was very courteous and ask if I had any questions when the job was finished. I would highly recommend to others.

John was great! He came ahead of time and fixed everything. I was not aware that you have hours on Sunday. Next time I would appreciate it if the receptionist informed the customer that you have hours on Sunday with no extra charge. I did ask for a Saturday appointment but none were available. Thank you! Lou did an absolutely fantastic job and is a nice guy on top of that. It was easy to make an appointment and Lou was really good about keeping me informed when the job before ours went over the expected time. He was good at explaining what was wrong but didn't try to oversell anything.

I can't believe how quite my new door opener is. We thought it was just an old motor, but when they came to install the opener they noticed a number of other real problems, such as broken brackets and seized bearings in the door itself. Cost a little more money that if I had done it myself but they got it done quickly and it works perfectly. Lou was on time, polite and left our garage cleaner than when he showed up.

Contacted Precision Friday and made appointment for Saturday. Kevin evaluated our problem and we were in agreement that a new opener was needed. Gave good product information and recommendation. Installed professionally and efficiently. Works great and is much quieter than our old chain based system. Highly recommended.

Your worker did a great job. I am not sure of the name of the parts, but I know he had to replace springs, wire for the door and a metal piece that had bent and to be replaced. I believe this had to be done on both sides.
