Overall, it was a very good service experience. The technician, Brian H, called me 30 minutes before to provide an ETA. He was able to immediately assess the issue and provided me with options. He took the time to listen to me and check up on the warranty that I may be eligible for. He called the office and confirmed that the warranty still applies. He was able to quickly complete the service call. Very good experience from calling for the appointment till the completion of the call.

I called and got an appointment for service the next day. A 4 hour window was given and the operator took all pertinent information. The day of the appointment, Lou called 30 minutes before arrival. Lou arrived right on time. Personable, knowledgeable, pride of ownership are words I would use to describe Lou. My 29 year old garage door now works as good as new, all new parts were installed and Lou was thorough, making sure every last detail was covered. Money WELL spent!!

Not too happy, although I had a great experience years ago which is why I called again, my experience was not so good this time. I felt like I was ripped off. Had garage repaired on Monday, new springs, cables and rollers for $715. Today my garbage door stopped working and the repair person said that it required a new circuit board which cost another $279. I wonder why the board which had no problems previously went after the repair. I am almost certain I would have gotten a better price elsewhere but I trusted Precision not to make me feel ripped off, I will make sure I make note of this on Angie

The technician who showed up was very courteous and helpful. Due to the problem, I did have to give him some assistance with the door. The cost was quite a bit more than I anticipated, I only needed springs replaced and it was over $500. I could live with the cost except, the repair was done the day before I left town so I did not have a chance to see it working. When I returned from my trip the door failed after only 3 uses. I am calling them back and we will see how tit goes.

Had an appointment between 8-12 and as promised, my technician called to say he was on his way and would be there soon. Not a minute later, my technician called back and asked if he could pick me up a cup of coffee or something! The customer service stayed that way throughout the entire visit. I would use these guys every time!

Kevin and Robert found that the four pulley wheels were of the old aluminum type and had to be replaced.One of the four pulley wheels was damaged and was causing the door to hesitate when closing or opening the garage door. Upon replacement off the four new type pulley wheels the door functioned normally. Good job by Kevin and robert.

My garage door was inoperable due to cable snapping and broken spring. Gaetano arrived punctually and advised that the spring and cable needed replacing. He went through a multi-point analysis and determined that my rollers were plastic and also that my other door would soon be at risk of the same breakage I experienced with my broken door. I was convinced to do more extensive repair and replacement which was done both expeditiously and professionally. Good job all around!
