We'd called Precision Door 7 years ago to install a new garage door opener and were impressed with their services and promptness to our call at the time. So when the battery started beeping and needed to be replaced, it was obvious that we called Precision. The phone was answered promptly, even in these uncertain times of Covid19. A technician showed up next morning, changed the battery and recommended that cables and pulleys would also need to be replaced after years of wear and tear. We agreed and Louis was very professional, courteous and took care of the repairs in a timely manner. He followed all the protocols as set by Precision and we are very satisfied customers. I choose Precision for my garage door issue for the first time due to their time flexibility which was very important to me since I work Monday to Friday. I also like that they keep you updated of your appointment when they are on their way, gave you an idea who they are sending to work with you and on top of that, they send me Luke who was very thorough and knowledgeable about his work. He make it easy for me to decide what I want and need done. I end up changing the motor and was happy with the results. I will use them again.

Our service man John Delpiu was excellent. He was very helpful and went over in detail all that will be done with the installment. He reviewed the invoice and was extremely knowledgeable. He called with an arrival time and he was at our home exactly at that time. I hope the installers are just as great as John. 5 star for John!

I chose Precision because when my door broke previously, they came immediately and provided stellar service. This time, when I need to replace the garage door pad, they were the only ones I considered. They came exactly at the time I chose, and were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. From the moment I booked the appointment, they communicated with me proactively, even with the impending threat of a bad snowstorm! When I saw their coupon in the mailer I decided to give Precision a try for my garage door that was getting old and making a lot of noise when opening and closing. I don't hesitate giving them a 5 star rating in all aspects from my initial phone call to set up the service call, to the on time arrival of the technician and the friendly service that is so unusual these days. My technician, Tim Rainey was courteous and took the time to explain all the aspects and options of the repair to make my old door work like new again. I would recommend Precision Door of Northern NJ to my friends and neighbors as well as anyone reading these customer reviews. Knowing what is out there today, it was a pleasure to deal with Tim and experience that good old fashion service.

I would give Precision a 4 star rating. Took away a star for what they charge. $70 just to come out. However their service is great. All their technicians that I’ve met to date (3) are all very knowledgeable, professional, patient, and friendly. They are also very accommodating. I would definitely use them again but hopefully won’t have to.

This is a 5 star company from start to finish. My experience on the phone with customer service let me hang up with a smile on my face and a sigh of relief that they would come on a Saturday. I knew that the technician would call me a half hour before he came. When he came, Rob was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I just knew that he was trustworthy, as well. He explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable choosing the service package. Very professional through and through!
