Let me 1st say how impressed we were with Ryan's knowledge of the Overhead door business and his technical knowledge. Ryan gave us multiple options for us to consider a fix and well within a budget for what we could afford. We were very happy with Ryan, his professionalism and the overall service received from Precision. Excellent service and installation. Marc was able to open up the old door and dismantle it without a problem. You said the job would take 3 hours and he completed it in two. Precision installed the garage door for me several years ago and the same excellent service was rendered today

My technician Chris thoroughly inspected my garage doors and clearly explained what some of the problems were. He did not up sell any of the additional services provided by Precision. He was honest with the quote so I had him repair only 1 door. After 17 years of listening to springs and rollers rattle, the garage door now purrs like a kitten. Great job and great customer service!

Excellent from start to finish. Booked an appointment completely online and was asked to send in a brief description of the issue. Was able to upload photos and video so the technician could be prepared. Got a text saying the tech was on his way and he arrived right in time. Diagnosed the issue, offered solutions at different price points, and completed the work right there. Our technician was extremely polite and professional and clearly knew what he was doing. I would highly recommend them after this experience.

Great customer experience! From the call to schedule an appointment ( easy and friendly) to the work that was done at my home to address repairs needed, this company was great. Chris was excellent, he clearly explained what the problem was, gave me options and was extremely friendly and professional. He completed the work within an hour and did a quality job. The text messages that are send to keep the customer updated on the upcoming appointment and who they can expect to arrive are super as well. Very impressed with how this company operates. You guys were fantastic! Before calling Precision I reached out to another company and had what could only be described as a horrendous experience. The technician repeatedly lied to me and never showed up. To compound the problem, the Company never reached out to me to discuss. From the minute I contacted Precision, the experience was first class. The email and text confirmations were fantastic, I was always kept informed and the service was excellent. Chris in particular did a fantastic job, I felt like I was treated fairly and I will definitely use Precision again should the need arise.
