Technician came at 4pm,locked his keys in the truck. He notified his boss Brandon immediately. 3hrs later, someone showed up to open the door. This was 3hrs of my time that I did not have. Eric was wonderful, apologetic.It was like the office didn't care that their employee was in my house for 3hrs.I couldn't leave,the truck was in the driveway,and it was pouring rain. Once the locksmith came, the job was done in less than an hour. It was almost 8pm when he left. This is unacceptable. You need to have a contingency plan, an extra set of keys for the trucks might do it. Would have saved you a lot of time and $on everyone's part. NOT The Techs fault. Happens, follow up very poor.

I called to have my broken garage door spring and cable replaced. I received service within several hours. The repair person called to let me know when he would be there and then called again when he was on the way to my home. He completed the repair quickly and efficiently. Precision was so easy to deal with. I would use them again.

I called Precision late Tuesday afternoon to try and schedule a repair for my garage door. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told that a service technician could be at my house the next day between noon and four o'clock. True to their word, Brian arrived at approximately one o'clock and started to work on the door after asking what happened and checking out the situation. One spring was broken. Brian mentioned that the best thing would be to replace both springs to avoid another service call. Brian also checked with his office to see when the garage door was installed and what info they had. They had it all, the hardware was covered by a lifetime guaranty. Luckily for us, when we received our mail we found a coupon from Precision which they honored so the repair was done for no charge. Brian is a fine young man. Very courteous and he explained everything that he did. When I asked him if it was advisable for me to change the belt on the electric door opener he explained that it wasn't necessary as these belts could last years. Overall I am VERY Pleased with Precision and with Brian. I would definitely recommend . Both get five stars. Than kyou

Very pleased once again with the service. They sent me the name and picture of the person who would be servicing my garage door. Glenn called letting me know he would be arriving shortly and sure enough, he was right on time. He assessed the problem and got right to work. Told me it would take about 1 1/2 to 2 hours to complete and he was right on the mark. Temperature was in the low 20’s and he did not let that affect his work . Would highly recommend Precision Door.

We had our garage doors installed by Precision in 2009. I called this morning to make an appointment to get our garage door spring fixed. They said they could come today between 12-4 and they would call 30 minutes prior to arrival, which they did. The repair person who came was extremely polite, honest and professional!! He even let me know that some packages were delivered by the garage and he brought them in for me. He did an assessment of the problem and quickly came up with 3 estimates and I chose the option that was right for me and then he quickly did the work and our garage door is now working perfectly! I did not feel he was trying to get me to pay for extra work. He was very honest about the other door which he said was working very well and did not need anything. He also had an ipad type device where he could quickly price out the options and also take my credit card. Thank you!

Rob Z was exactly on time and immediately assessed the amount of work that needed to be performed and presented me with and estimated cost. He efficiently performed the required work and provided a solution to the unexpected problem with installing the new keypad. He verified that everything was working properly before he departed. Precision will always be my first call for garage door problems.
