The technician, Kevin, visited my house in the allotted time frame and called twice to let me know the approximate time he'd arrive. He quickly assessed the situation and provided a reasonable solution and time frame to install the new door opener. The price may be a little high for someone willing to do the work themselves, but I'm happy with the quick installation (under an hour) and I wasn't about to repair the system myself. As long as the opener lasts a while, I am completely happy with how everything went.

Just want to thank your technician Rich so much for calling me when he was on his way. He arrived within the time that he said he would be at my home. He fixed a minor problem with our wiring in less than 5 minutes. Was completely satisfied overall with the service. He was pleasant and explained everything that was wrong with the wiring.
