Kevin was our service Tech. He was prompt, professional and knowledgeable . He called 20 minutes before arrival to confirm our appointment and arrived on time. Once there, he assessed the needed repair and went to work. He had all necessary parts on his truck and replaced both springs in less than 30 minutes. I am pleased to provide feedback on the services performed by Kevin Nix yesterday. Mr. Nix called about fifteen minutes before arriving to let me know he was on his way and he arrived at the time expected. He quickly located the source of the malfunction and made the repair. I was so impressed and the time he took was so short, I had him add a convenience switch. He had to return to the company to pick up the parts, but returned and finished the job within an hour. He restored all items in the garage that he had to move to make the repair. He is an asset to your company.
