I am pleased to provide feedback on the services performed by Kevin Nix yesterday. Mr. Nix called about fifteen minutes before arriving to let me know he was on his way and he arrived at the time expected. He quickly located the source of the malfunction and made the repair. I was so impressed and the time he took was so short, I had him add a convenience switch. He had to return to the company to pick up the parts, but returned and finished the job within an hour. He restored all items in the garage that he had to move to make the repair. He is an asset to your company.

I received your name from Angie's List advertising. I read some of the reviews and felt confident about calling you. I needed general maintenance on the door and rollers, stripping etc. The technician was prompt and polite. Drew was very helpful to let me know what I needed and did not need now. Kevin called 1/2 hour before coming and arrived on time. He as very polite and knowledgeable.He quickly diagnosed the problem, reprogrammed the opener and replaced the defective keypad. I give Precision 5 stars and will recommend the company to friends.

New door looks great! Installation was very smooth and clean. One things is that the noise is louder than the old door when the door is opening and closing. I would like someone to recheck the door regarding the noise.

Had springs and garage door opener replaced. Precision was able to send a technician within a day of calling. Our technician knew exactly what was wrong and presented our options clearly.
