We did a rebuild of an old (57 yrs.) garage door. I especially appreciated Luke's explanations of the parts and how they work. He also clearly explained the benefits and what was more worthwhile in choosing how many of the parts to replace. I purchased more than springs, but the system only allowed me to choose one item.

I had the pleasure of meeting George Miranda this afternoon when I called for a routine check of my garage door. We recently bought our house and the garage door was not opening properly. After a complete inspection, George showed me frayed cables, weak pulleys and several other issues that I was unaware of. I decided to have everything replaced for a secure piece of mind. George was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. I would certainly recommend him to others.????????

I have called upon Precision for problems with one of our garage doors years ago and was so satisfied that when the second garage door (a different door) required some repair I did not hesitate to call them to remedy the problem. The garage door opener was replaced on the second door and the wheels and springs also. So now everything is running smoothly and so quietly that it is really not audible when opening or closing. The staff is courteous, prompt with arranging a convient appointment, and the best part on time with a call ahead of time so you know they are on the way. Definitely 5 star performance!!!

Kevin S. was wonderful. Leading up to the appointment he was extremely communicative and was even able to come early, which was great. During the appointment he thoroughly explained all of the options with me and was very clear and answered every question I had fully and without the slightest bit of irritation (and I asked a TON of questions). He was also extremely patient and did not come in with a typical pressuring sales approach. We ended up deciding to get all the hardware on both of our garage doors replaced and having a garage door opener installed. He was able to do all of it immediately following our decision to go ahead. I continued to ask him questions even while he worked and he was working and he answered everything fully and just as nicely as he had before. After he was ton he went over everything and was able to leave with me feeling extremely comfortable with the new system. I would absolutely recommend Kevin and Precision to anyone looking to make sure their hardware is safe and working properly and/or looking for garage openers. Very satisfied customer!!!

Glen, the technician, was great. He clearly described my options without trying to steer me to any particular one. He just gave me the facts about each and let me decide. After he did the work, installing a new motor, he patiently answered all my questions and made sure I was completely happy. He even made sure I was happy with the height of the open door and adjusted it for me. I didn't even know that was possible. Precision has been here a few times and I am always happy with them.

Kevin was our service Tech. He was prompt, professional and knowledgeable . He called 20 minutes before arrival to confirm our appointment and arrived on time. Once there, he assessed the needed repair and went to work. He had all necessary parts on his truck and replaced both springs in less than 30 minutes. Precision Garage Door is truly a professional organization and I would certainly recommend them to family and friends.
