Definitely 5 stars. I was able to get an appointment the same day I called to repair my garage door that was no longer opening and closing properly. My Tech John D was terrific. He called me to let me know when he would arrive and was right on time. He inspected my door, and made his recommendations without pushing anything extra. John was pleasant and professional, explained everything he was going to do in detail and completed the job quickly. I am very pleased with my service and would recommended Precyto anyone.

The installer Glen was really pleasant to deal with he checked the existng cables etc and explained what needed to be done. He did a great job fixing the door fixtures and cables and installing the new garage door opener.

I called Precision because I could not get two other companies to return my calls, plus my Mom recommended you from a previous service years ago. You answered the phone right away and made an appointment for the next morning and the tech was on time and really courteous. He did a great job and was quite fast at the repair.
