Excellent service. Called this morning. I was told someone could be here between 10 and 2. A bit after 10, the service tech called to tell me that he was on a job that would last about 1 1/2 hours and would be to me right after. He then called again when he was about 20 minutes away. Great communication. The tech was fantastic. He diagnosed my problem quickly, put an estimate together and was done in about 30 minutes. Thanks, John. You were just great. I really appreciate the Precision service.

Kevin Stasiak was our technician, and he figured out the issue right away and fixed it within a few minutes. He was professional and courteous and he got the job done. Also, I'm really impressed with how quickly Precision was able to have someone come out ( around 2 hours after my phone call to them ) and fix the issue. It's rare that a company can respond that quickly to a service request.

I had my garage doors installed in 2006 by Precision. Even at that time they had great prices, quick service and did excellent work. Recently (Dec 2018) a cable was broke and the bracket for the track fell off the ceiling, so the track was hanging and the garage door was jammed. This happened at 4:45PM. I called Precision and by 5PM they dispatched a technician over. Eric was onsite at 5:45PM and in one hour he completed the repairs. Amazing that within 2 hours from onset of problem to back to normal. I took off 1 star as Precision did not have my records from 2006 and I had to show my receipts/work orders for the install done in 2006. Luckily I am organized and I have all my paperwork filed.

Our garage door jammed when we attempted to close it. It made it about one-third of the way down before the wire spool somehow came undone and the door would descend no further. It was late at night and the temperature was around 37 degrees Fahrenheit. We called Precision because they advertised 24/7 service. We had an appointment arranged for the first thing in the morning. The service technician (John Delpiu) arrived ahead of time and assessed the issue. Once he realized that the repair job would require additional hands, he was able to call additional technicians to the scene. Working together they were able to fix the issue with the spool and get my garage functioning again. Mr. Delpiu was professional throughout the process and explained everything to me in layman terms. I would do business with him and with Precision in the future.

Luke was very friendly and knowledgable. My garage door was very rattly and would sometimes get stuck but after Luke was done, it was smooth as new! Granted I also needed a new garage door opener and a center rail and those items were installed! All in all I was very impress with the level of service that was provided.

The installer came in the afternoon, did an assessment and gave me a price quote. He did the work before 5:00 pm. I was happily stunned! He was friendly, helpful, clear, and prompt.

Had a great experience getting my garage door fixed. They did a great job explaining what was wrong and then offered several choices to fix it. An hour later, they were done... tested it with me and showed me all the work. Very professional!

I had the garage doors installed 10 years ago. Had an issue with a broken cable. Repaired under warranty with a service charge. Parts were free though.

Our experience with Precision was excellent. From the day you make your appointment through installation,they kept us updated on our order. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Installation went smoothly even though we found out our garage does not sit level. They had a solution for the problem at the time they told us about it, which alleviated any stress. Great job.
