This was warranty service call. One of the springs broke on one of the two Garage doors Precision installed a few years earlier. The two service techs did a great job. They replaced all four springs, adjusted weather seals and made sure the doors work like new. Thank you very much.

We got the info for Precision from an internet search and today we had a full rebuild package on our garage door. Ron A was our repairman and was extremely professional and very nice. He related to us personally and was not pushy about what we should do regarding the repair of the door. We're grateful that someone was able to come out to us so quickly and are very happy with our results!

Communicate issue! I am deaf, Anthony came to my house look around and wrote the paper to explained to me what my garage door is having problem with structor is weaken. He suggest to replace new one. I accept but I talked to him he doesn't understand me. I have to write back n forth. He should learn how to communicate to the deaf people needs. Any comments! THANKS!

The technician arrived on schedule, was very personable and presented me with my options for a garage door keypad. He had it installed quickly, showed me how to work it and was here and gone in 20 minutes. This is not the first time I've used Precision and will do so again.
