What an amazing experience. From the call center to the complete work very impressed. It was great to be able to see the tech coming out and to know his background and drug screening was fairly recent. Vince was super professional, helpful, efficient and did great work. My service technician was Tim. He arrived on time and called about 20 minutes before. I saw a special offer from Precision and I decided my 16 ft garage door needed serviced. Tim arrived in a company uniform and truck, introduced himself professionally. He inspected my garage door and pointed out several issues concerning the door. (the door was originally installed in 1963 when the house was built!) I asked him to make the repairs we discussed and his truck carried all the parts necessary. the repairs were completed and the cost was reasonable. Thank you Tim for a job well done. I'll gladly recommend you.

Great experience. I called for a new opener on Wednesday afternoon, Drew was at my house at 10AM the following day. He explained to me what he will do and the exact cost. He did a perfect job, was extremely attentive to all details. Excellent service from the courteous person who made the appointment to the completion of the job. Well worth the price! Thank you Drew!

This was warranty service call. One of the springs broke on one of the two Garage doors Precision installed a few years earlier. The two service techs did a great job. They replaced all four springs, adjusted weather seals and made sure the doors work like new. Thank you very much.

We got the info for Precision from an internet search and today we had a full rebuild package on our garage door. Ron A was our repairman and was extremely professional and very nice. He related to us personally and was not pushy about what we should do regarding the repair of the door. We're grateful that someone was able to come out to us so quickly and are very happy with our results!

Communicate issue! I am deaf, Anthony came to my house look around and wrote the paper to explained to me what my garage door is having problem with structor is weaken. He suggest to replace new one. I accept but I talked to him he doesn't understand me. I have to write back n forth. He should learn how to communicate to the deaf people needs. Any comments! THANKS!
