A 5 Star Garage Door Repair. I have used Precision before. The advertising was interesting but did not affect my decision.. Technician Kevin clearly explained the repairs that would be necesary, and we discussed the alternatives before selecting the best one. The work was done both promptly and acurrately. Billing was clear and undetstandable. Excellent job!

Four years ago, I hired Precision to do a complete overhaul of my garage door. Everything has been perfect until recently, when we began having trouble with our key pad. I called the company about the problem and two days later a technician was at my door for our appointment. He was on time, friendly, and not only fixed the problem, but gave everything else a check while he was there. I was very pleased with the service. There was no charge for the excellent service as the warranty was still in effect.

Guy was swamped with calls during the day and was late for our call. However, he did call twice to let me know he was running late and when he arrived he got the new spring up and the door running in 20 min. Great work!!

I selected Precision from Angie's list and because Precision's website is outstanding. I wasn't disappointed. From making an appointment to getting the work done, everything went smooth -- very professional and demonstrated competence. Service was fast too. I called last night and they came this morning. I expected only an estimate and then a reschedule to do the work, but it was done instantly. This is good since I had to take off from work for the appointment. Our garage door had broken at the top because of stress caused by the force applied by the door opener. Bob did an outstanding job of explaining the technical issues repairing the door, making it better than it was originally. He also explained that the springs were too strong and replaced them with the right size springs. The door now operates better than it did before it broke. I love dealing with competence! This is a competent company.

You installed an opener for us January, 2013 and the remote just gave out. I tried to open your case to replace the battery but the 2 screws were in too tight and I was afraid I would strip the screw heads. So I called your office and the young lady who answered initially quoted a combined price of over $100 to bring me a new remote. When I expressed displeasure she immediately asked if I wanted to speak with someone else. She put me on hold and came back on the line saying they would cover it under warranty and your technician would bring me a new remote that afternoon.

Excellent service. Found broken garage door, yesterday afternoon, completely repaired and like new within 24 hours. Serviceman Kevin, called me twice during the day to indicate his approximate time of arrival. He went straight to work, explained the problems and presented a variety of solutions. We decided on a rebuild package for both garage doors as neither door had ever been serviced for over 35 years. He did the job and reviewed it with us, explaining the maintenance required and the Precision warranty. I truly appreciate quality service at a reasonable price. Thank you Precision.

Excellent response to my call. Called 8:00 in the evening and tech was there next morning at 9:30 am. Chris was on time and called me on the way to my home to let me know his arrival time. Explained cause of problem clearly and estimated cost. Completed work promptly and gave me, upon my request, an estimate for an appropriate garage door opener. Paid electronically with credit card on his Ipad and received detailed bill via e-mail immediately. Overall, a very good experience and would definitely recommend their service.

I was so impressed with all aspects of your company. I called at 1:00 and Kevin was at our house within half an hour. I thought everyone from your salesperson to the technicians were very professional, courteous and friendly and went beyond where they needed to be helpful. Because I didnt have the appropriate siding on my garage, you had to come back a second time to install the molding ( and bring a battery pack that wasn't included), but the technician after leaving my house called to tell me there was a contractor down the street who could probably do the work very easily and wanted to save the step for me having to search for someone. The doors look very nice..
