i had a minor problem, but the tech fixed it and showed me how to set the door if i use the release again. I had got it to work but it stopped. I also notice the door is much quieter now. He was knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. sorry i just cant remember his name!

He called back promptly, came to our consultation on time and had samples of the doors so I could see and feel exactly what I would be buying. I am also happy with the men who did the installation. Vince gave us 5 star service today. My husband wasn’t ready to hear the news that our old wood door needs replacing ( door wouldn’t go up) and was interested in replacing the springs but I didn’t want to throw away almost $500 fixing springs on this door. Vince adjusted a setting so I can still use the garage this winter while my husband gets used to the idea we need to do this. Cost is a huge factor for us right now.
