I have been very pleasantly surprised by the service we received today. It started with speaking to a pleasant representative on the phone to establish an appointment. Then the technician called to introduce himself and to confirm his intended time of arrival. Kevin was professional and knowledgeable. He was able to explain my options and the costs involved accurately. He was tidy to boot. He also thanked me for my business. I would highly recommend this company.

Thank you PDS. It was not good news to hear that 2 out of 3 of my garage door openers were fried and the cost of them with new springs would be over $2K. What softened the financial blow was your service tech, Gaetano. It is very rare that one receives top-notch service from such a knowledgeable and pleasant fellow. Gaetano gave us Mercedes Benz service with a smile and polite demeanor. Such level of service is lacking in this world. Thank you Gaetano and thank you PDS.

Great pricing, cool product, excellent team, and a delightful experience! We needed to get an automatic garage door opener for our second garage door (which I had been delaying for quite some time now!). Precision guided me through my options & pricing over the phone and scheduled a date & time that worked out very well. The technician Gaetano C. did a great job of explaining, installing, testing, and demonstrating how to operate the door opener. I loved their paper work / process, which was all electronic (schedule follow-up email w/ a tentative indication of who the service technician would be, the sign-off, and a copy of the invoice). Peter our technician was excellent in every regard. He clearly explained all of the material and electrical and mechanical issues involved with repairing our garage doors. He also presented us with different repair options, discussed the warranties and repairs involved, and was sure to present his completed work in a way that confirmed the detail and quality of the job we were told to expect. All of our repairs were carried out thoroughly and professionally, as he was able to diagnose our problems correctly from the get-go. The whole process was very buttoned up and hassle-free.

Tim Rainey responded to my emergency call - one of our doors was not closing. Tim discovered the eyes were misaligned and a wire was broken. He repaired both quickly and professionally. He also adjusted the door's balance so that it stayed down when closed, instead of going right back up again. Tim impressed me with his patience, his creativity and his determination to solve the problem before he left. He also pointed out that we should replace the springs on both both doors but did not need to do so immediately. His honesty was appreciated. When we decide to replace the springs, we will be sure to request Tim.

After I found Precision door by Googling garage door repair in Bedminster, NJ. The testimonials on the website (of which there were many), and the positive Google reviews is why I decided to make an appointment to have our garage door checked (it wouldn't close). I booked an appointment for the 8am - 12pm time slot, and the tech called at 8 to say he'd arrive by 9:30. I appreciated the notice, and he arrived within 5 or 10 minutes of that time. He was professional, courteous, and had the problem fixed quickly. I would recommend Precision to others, and will use them again if needed.
