I called Precision Door on a Monday and they were here on Tuesday morning to provide a remote replacement and re-key my exterior control for my 1993 garage door opener. Brian was very thorough, knowledgable and pleasant to work with. I have placed the Precision Door sticker next to the internal opener and will call again if I have any problems.

Brandon called twice before he arrived and was prompt, polite and very professional. The call was to repair a broken spring, but Brandon suggested replacing the rusted rollers and other parts on our two doors that were probably 20 years old. Now the doors work perfectly. The biggest benefit was bringing the system up to code with having the safety cables installed. We were fortunate that our broken spring did not damage our car when it flew in the garage last night. Very prompt and great service. Speedy repair, too.

I made an emergency call on Saturday afternoon because my door wouldn't close. Kevin agreed to come a little after 5. He called me when he was on his way. After I found Precision door by Googling garage door repair in Bedminster, NJ. The testimonials on the website (of which there were many), and the positive Google reviews is why I decided to make an appointment to have our garage door checked (it wouldn't close). I booked an appointment for the 8am - 12pm time slot, and the tech called at 8 to say he'd arrive by 9:30. I appreciated the notice, and he arrived within 5 or 10 minutes of that time. He was professional, courteous, and had the problem fixed quickly. I would recommend Precision to others, and will use them again if needed.

Thank you PDS. It was not good news to hear that 2 out of 3 of my garage door openers were fried and the cost of them with new springs would be over $2K. What softened the financial blow was your service tech, Gaetano. It is very rare that one receives top-notch service from such a knowledgeable and pleasant fellow. Great pricing, cool product, excellent team, and a delightful experience! We needed to get an automatic garage door opener for our second garage door (which I had been delaying for quite some time now!). Precision guided me through my options & pricing over the phone and scheduled a date & time that worked out very well. The technician Gaetano C. did a great job of explaining, installing, testing, and demonstrating how to operate the door opener. I loved their paper work / process, which was all electronic (schedule follow-up email w/ a tentative indication of who the service technician would be, the sign-off, and a copy of the invoice). Peter our technician was excellent in every regard. He clearly explained all of the material and electrical and mechanical issues involved with repairing our garage doors. He also presented us with different repair options, discussed the warranties and repairs involved, and was sure to present his completed work in a way that confirmed the detail and quality of the job we were told to expect. I was very pleased with the courteous, thorough service that Peter provided. He took the time to go over all the steps for setting up my opener. I was especially pleased that he was able to install a new opener even though I had asked for a service call to see if my old opener could repaired - a single call was a real bonus.
