We were very happy with our repair service from Precision. We got an appointment very quickly, and they came on a Sunday, which we appreciated. The technician called us to see if he could come early, so we did not even have to wait for the 4-hour window. He was very friendly and did a great job.

The service we received was outstanding. The Technican was very knowledgable and answered all of our questions. He gave us our opinions, provided us time to discuss and make a decision on the type of product that would be best for us. After installing our unit, He shows all of the features and did not leave until we were comfortable with them. Thanks for a great experience!!!

Tim R. was earlier than the time quoted, finished sooner than the timeframe quoted, and educated me more than I had ever wished to know about my garage door opening system. I particularly liked that he showed me each issue and explained exactly how that led to my problem and how his repair would prevent that from happening for years to come. Thanks Tim.

We purchased an Angie's List deal to try out Precision OGDS. It was a great deal! And we received excellent service. We were able to make the appt the same day. There was a scheduling mix up. A tech called to tell me he was heading to my house (several hours too early). Since I wasn't home and this was a scheduling error, they corrected it right away. The tech, called the home office and rescheduled me for the very next day. The next day, the tech arrived promptly and worked efficiently. Our door was loud and wobbly. The tech fixed the problem in about 10 mins. He was knowledgeable and very professional. I didn't have to wait for 4 hours like most services. We love our quiet door. I highly recommend Precision Overhead.

Dear Precision, Thank you so much for sending Louis to fix my broken garage door. I purchased a home that had a garage door opener that did not work. Louis showed up right on time, he kept me informed throughout the day at what time he would be at my home, he was polite, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He fixed my garage door right then and there!! I am so happy to have a working garage door. Thank you, Luke! I will definitely refer Precision and Louis to my friends and family!! Thank you, Anne Reilly

My garage door opener turned out to be a repair which I was thankful for. I called you around 1 pm and the pleasant young man showed up I think by 3 oclock. You really cannot get faster than that on the same day. He checked everything out, had a professional appearance and was competent and trustworthy. Thank you for a job well done and I would not hesitate to recommend you.
