We purchased an Angie's List deal to try out Precision OGDS. It was a great deal! And we received excellent service. We were able to make the appt the same day. There was a scheduling mix up. A tech called to tell me he was heading to my house (several hours too early). Since I wasn't home and this was a scheduling error, they corrected it right away. The tech, called the home office and rescheduled me for the very next day. The next day, the tech arrived promptly and worked efficiently. Our door was loud and wobbly. The tech fixed the problem in about 10 mins. He was knowledgeable and very professional. I didn't have to wait for 4 hours like most services. We love our quiet door. I highly recommend Precision Overhead.

Dear Precision, Thank you so much for sending Louis to fix my broken garage door. I purchased a home that had a garage door opener that did not work. I was breaking my back opening and closing the door by hand. Louis showed up right on time, he kept me informed throughout the day at what time he would be at my home, he was polite, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. This was the quickest service I think I have ever received. Called in the morning and the door was fixed that evening. The price was more than I expected but Gaetano explained what needed to be done and gave me more than one option. He was very pleasant, and got the job done quickly. I have read some really negative review about this company on google. But majority reviews are positive. I believe few employee in this company probably didn't do good job. But I will give 5.0 star to technician Tim R who repaired my garage door. Tim was not pushing for me to buy their service and product, but explained to me, how each part works,what will be the symptom if parts start to have problem and might need to be replaced. Overall Tim is very nice person and seems to be very experience technician. The price is little higher than I expected, but they provide very good quality of product and service. They even provided the name and photo of technician before technician arrived.

I found Precision through Angie's List and the service was fantastic. The technician called me to let me know that their previous call was running longer than expected (although well within their time window for my appointment) and let me know when he would be arriving. He called again later when they were en route. I really appreciated the heads up, it allowed me to focus on my work at home knowing when they would arrive. The two technicians were very thorough, knowledgeable, and took care of our service needs very efficiently. I will certainly call Precision again in the future. Thank you!
