We purchased an Angie's List deal to try out Precision OGDS. It was a great deal! And we received excellent service. We were able to make the appt the same day. There was a scheduling mix up. A tech called to tell me he was heading to my house (several hours too early). Since I wasn't home and this was a scheduling error, they corrected it right away. The tech, called the home office and rescheduled me for the very next day. The next day, the tech arrived promptly and worked efficiently. Our door was loud and wobbly. The tech fixed the problem in about 10 mins. He was knowledgeable and very professional. I didn't have to wait for 4 hours like most services. We love our quiet door. I highly recommend Precision Overhead.

Dear Precision, Thank you so much for sending Louis to fix my broken garage door. I purchased a home that had a garage door opener that did not work. I was breaking my back opening and closing the door by hand. Louis showed up right on time, he kept me informed throughout the day at what time he would be at my home, he was polite, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient.
