Great experience from the get go. Purchased a deal on Angie's list and called to schedule. The scheduler was courteous and flexible. Kevin, the technician was great. On the day of, he called in the morning to give a more accurate idea of when he'd be there and asked if I'd like a call 30 minute before he would arrive (who wouldn't?). As promised, he called 30 mins ahead and arrived more or less exactly in the middle of the 1.5 hour window that he said he'd arrive in. When he got there, he inspected the situation and informed us of our options. Informative and helpful, not pushy. My wife and I had work obligations so we couldn't hover over him, but when the job was done, the garage worked perfectly and the area was cleaned up like he was never there.

Lou and Brian just worked on my garage door, replacing various parts that were in desparate need or replacement. All work was completed after an explanation of why it needed to be done and how it would be done. The door now sounds like a brand new door. I am very pleased with the service and both Lou and Brian were wonderful to work with---they took plenty of time to explain things to me and I appreciated that. I would be happy to recommend Precision to anyone.

Precision replaced two garage door openers, keypads and remotes. Scheduling was easy and fast. The installer (Lou) was on time. His work was superb and the job site was left clean and neat. Friendly, courteous, good people. Not cheap but a fair price. Precision is very good.

Lou R. contacted me the morning of the repair to give me an estimated time of arrival. He was on time and able to fix the issue in less than 10 minutes. During the process he was curtious and detailed about what the issue was, what he was doing to resolve it and why it happened. He was knowledgeable and confident in his work. I would definitely use Precision and Lou again if needed in the future!

Lou, my technician, was on time, courteous, professional and thorough. Would definitely use Precision again and would ask for Lou. He diagnosed the problem and ruled out a damaged sensor. Lou then determined the problem was a damaged sensor electrical wire. Repaired that skillfully. Also installed safety cables on two units which he recommended and i thought it made perfect sense.
