Lou and Brian just worked on my garage door, replacing various parts that were in desparate need or replacement. All work was completed after an explanation of why it needed to be done and how it would be done. The door now sounds like a brand new door. Precision replaced two garage door openers, keypads and remotes. Scheduling was easy and fast. The installer (Lou) was on time. His work was superb and the job site was left clean and neat. Friendly, courteous, good people. Not cheap but a fair price. Precision is very good.

Lou R. contacted me the morning of the repair to give me an estimated time of arrival. He was on time and able to fix the issue in less than 10 minutes. During the process he was curtious and detailed about what the issue was, what he was doing to resolve it and why it happened. He was knowledgeable and confident in his work. I would definitely use Precision and Lou again if needed in the future!

Lou, my technician, was on time, courteous, professional and thorough. Would definitely use Precision again and would ask for Lou. He diagnosed the problem and ruled out a damaged sensor. Lou then determined the problem was a damaged sensor electrical wire. Repaired that skillfully. Also installed safety cables on two units which he recommended and i thought it made perfect sense.
