Scott was friendly and came between the times stated. He cleaned as he went,explained everything and even showed my interested preschooler how the door works. Very nice tech. The door was not fixed the same day I called as stated on the website and there was no fee waived. Prices were much higher than I expected as well, but my door works now. I did call the same day about a refund of the service fee. I was told someone would return my call and I am still waiting for that call a week later.

Mr. Rainey went over and beyond my expectations with the repair. He made sure that every thing was to my satisfaction before he left my house.He is very professional,honest and sincere. He explained everything that needed to be done. I was impressed by the 18 point safety checklist they use to check that the door is working properly. I highly recommend this company.

I placed a call to Precision on a Sunday evening when my garage door wouldnt open. They answered the phone at 10PM!!! ON A SUNDAY!!! I had the tech Tim out at 8:30 Monday morning. What service and what a great guy. I couldn't be happier with Precision.
