Very Good Service - I liked the same day service on a Saturday, Tech was efficent and knew what he was doing. Very fast and friendly service. I will use the company again in the future. I had a full garage door repair - new springs, new rollers, new pulley assembly.

I am so happy to find a company that takes pride in their work It was such a pleasure to meet Mr. Tim Rainey the service technician. The service call was to repair broken hinges on my garage door. Mr. Rainey went over and beyond my expectations with the repair. He made sure that every thing was to my satisfaction before he left my house.He is very professional,honest and sincere. He explained everything that needed to be done. I was impressed by the 18 point safety checklist they use to check that the door is working properly. I highly recommend this company.

I placed a call to Precision on a Sunday evening when my garage door wouldnt open. They answered the phone at 10PM!!! ON A SUNDAY!!! I had the tech Tim out at 8:30 Monday morning. What service and what a great guy. I couldn't be happier with Precision.

Greatly appreciated the technicians help in getting my keypad and remote to open and close the garage door. Particularly now that the garage door stays closed. Weekend service is especially valuable. If I need assistance again I will call Precision.

A little confusion regarding the time frame. Gal who made the appointment said 8:00 AM - 12:00 pm The confirming e-mail said 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM Marc called at about 11:45 and apologized because he was running late and would be here in 45 minutes. Fine with me, because of the e-mail I wasn't worried.

I was so impressed by Tim's friendly and confident manner. He explained everything he was going to do and worked quickly and efficiently. He was able to locate the problem immediately. He loosened springs and replaced a hinge and made some other adjustments. It now works perfectly. I would recommend your company to anyone with a garage door problem.

From "hello", this company sounded different, it sounded competent! The person on the phone was very much aware of the pressures people like me have when calling service providers. She did everything she could to assure me the work would be competently performed to what was needed and the technician would be equipped with any parts needed. She told me who was coming, sent email photo of the installer; this installer called me 30 minutes before arrival and got to the problem immediately which required a tightening of the main springs which is not something most people should attempt to do on their own. I also learned it is not a good idea to lubricate the parts with WD-40, which I had read and previously been advised but this was good to hear. The service was 2X better than Overhead Door and DoorBoy and the cost was much simpler and app 40% - 50% less. I immediately referred our Association President to this excellent company.
