Tim was very knowledgable; and gave me the positives and negatives of the situation. He didn't push me to do spend money on useless services - he gave me suggestions that were helpful and safe for my family. He did a wonderful job installing the opener and checking my other garage door. He also help me program my wife's car remote control. I did notice later after he left that the garage door doesn't look leveled. Is it possible for Tim to stop by to fix this. Please give me a call to arrange a time. Thanks, John

Brian did an excellent job replacing torsion springs on my double (16'x8')overhead garage door. He is very skilled, knowlegeable and handled all phases of the job professionally. Also, Brian is very polite, listens to customer concerns and answers all questions. He called prior to arrival to inform when he will be at the site. On time,knowledgeable, professional, worked quickly without alot of fanfare and successfully completed the installation in the time period estimated. This would have been a 5 star review with the exception of the cost...which I considered a little high...specifically, adding the service call fee to the total install. A bit of a rip-off.

The service tech who performed the work on my garage door was excellent. His name was Tim. he was very responsive and provided me with all the required information I needed to make an informed decision. He was polite and respectful of my time. Tim gets a five and because of Tim I will recommend PGD.

Vince diagnosed the problem on our old Garage Door opener. It would be too costly to fix. As a result, he quickly installed the new Garage Door Opener. So far, weâ??ve had no problems.

I appreciate that the response to my call was timely as well as the warranty. Although I have nothing to compare it to at this point, I ended up spending much more than anticipated but the door is working nicely. Vince phoned before arriving to make sure we were available and was at our house at 11:00 AM for the 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM window we had been given. He was thorough, helpful, and professional. Vince determined we had a "cross-talk" issue. He spoke with my husband on the phone and my husband suggested "blocking" the infra-red light. Vince was ammenable to that and said he didn′t always have luck with that. We agreed that my husband would try it. If it didn′t work we would be in touch. Today, with the blocking, it seems to be working fine. We used a wood shelf that we had lying around. Vince was very professional, but as a suggestion I think your company should try to rectify this kind of a problem with some sort of effective blocking rather than offer a new garage door opener for $500.00. We really did not "need" to replace the opener. Vince was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Also, I had an original apointment on Monday and your service guy got delayed so I had to reschedule. The service call was reduced by $20.00 because of the reschedule. That was very much appreciated.
