I called for an appt and Ron came out the next day. He called half hour before and was on time. Ron was polite and very professional, he explained the problem with my door and what it would take to fix it. I am very satisfied with the work he did and will recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

Liz Prieto is the property owner. Richard Cash and Craig Ross are the tenants. Brandon is the best!! He was here in July to replace rollers/cables/springs and we were 100% happy with the service he provided. When we had a problem with the system that actually pulls the door open (sprocket broke, chain drooped), we called and requested Brandon. Once again, he was super friendly, efficient and explained the different options we had. This guy rocks and I'd recommend him to anyone that needs garage opener repairs or installation.

Unfortunately, the original poor quality spring was 16 years old and decided to break in the middle. Kyle installed a good quality spring and gave me a lifetime guarantee. Anthony did a great job with installing the openers. He also needed to solve a problem with the opener that I had already begun installing. He did it without complaining. Bob did the excellent job to install the garage door opener, control console and wireless keypad entry system and explained to me how each unit works and how I can do the basic maintenance myself. Overall the work was professionally and neatly done. Only complaint I have is the price quote for part + labor is a little bit more than I expected. Other than that, I am pretty happy with the whole experience.

Kenny arrived on time, and gave me two options to proceed; one slightly lesser cost, and one a bit higher, but giving me more life from the repair. I chose the latter, which caused Kenny a longer and more involved repair, toward the end of the day. He could have simply replaced the springs, and been gone a lot sooner, but he explained the benefits to replacing the rollers and hardware as well. I was also impressed that he had all the parts he needed in the truck, so he was able to finish the job on the spot! I would absolutely call Precision again!
