The technician was prefessional and helpful. He helped to fix the problems and some that we did not know. Also enough time to explain the operations. I will go with Precision any day. The promptness was superb as well even though they could not accommodate us on the same day (I was able to get teh next day) since I was bit late in the day made the call.

Tim was very knowledgable; and gave me the positives and negatives of the situation. He didn't push me to do spend money on useless services - he gave me suggestions that were helpful and safe for my family. He did a wonderful job installing the opener and checking my other garage door. He also help me program my wife's car remote control.
