John did an outstanding job replacing our defective opener. He called ahead twice to let us know when he would arrive. He listened carefully about the issue we were having and explained the problem clearly. He then offered options for its replacement and explained each one so we knew exactly what we would be getting. John then worked quickly, smoothly and professionally to install the new system. We are totally satisfied with his work and the value we once again received from Precision (we have used their services before)--we highly recommend them and will use them again. All around great experience, from the initial diagnosis/estimate to final install. Glenn Gauliteri the service technician was responsive, thorough, transparent, and understanding - really put my mind at ease with such a large investment, and even went out of his way to honor promotional pricing that he had quoted me over a year ago when we first started the process but had to put on hold. The installation team Kenny and Mayo were nothing but professional - efficient, friendly, thorough, and left the garage as clean as they found it. Couldn't be happier with the upgrade. Thank you again and would recommend to others without hesitation.

Our garage door would not open due to broken springs. Chris Karnacewicz from Precision came and fixed the door in less than an hour. He was very nice and very knowledgeable -- a true professional. He explained everything in a very patient manner and made recommendations as to what needs to be replaced. I would definitely recommend Precision and Chris for all garage door needs and I would definitely use Precision and Chris again.

The service provided by my technician, Glen, was excellent. They came on the day they promised. He called before to let me know what time he would arrive (which was in the originally scheduled window). He explained options to me prior to doing the work and then clearly showed me what was done.
