Precision first caught my eye because they were 24/7. I would give my experience 5 stars to start with because Brian, my technician called me twice to let me know when he would be at my house in case I needed time in out. Then 5 more stars for standing in the pouring rain while fixing my garage door. He was polite, knowledgeable, and fast. I would recommend Precision to anyone in need of a new or repair to a garage door! Thank you.

Our 20 year old system worked flawlessly until the unit finally failed. The wall, remote outdoor units work without difficulty. Remotes were never used. The 2 CAR call systems worked fine initially,then worked on and off, stopped working at all, and now works well again. Kevin was patient and polite explaining the difficulty of linking the car call. You have a FINE STAFF!!!! I now have a remote in each car as back up

5* Chris was knowledgable and courteous and gave clear explanations of problems and remedies. He did a rebuild on the door and replaced the assembly. Chris paid close attention to the sounds the doorr made while opening n closing to be sure it was opening and closing properly. He made necessary adjustments until all was operating smoothly. My only complaint was the cost of each remedy.

Brian came to my home to install a new garage door opener, I didn't realize the importance of the hardware that went along with the opener itself. Brian explained in detail, remove the existing opener, replace cables, rollers etc. When he was done he left the area cleaner than how he found it. I would recommend Precision to anyone. One last thing is thay came out on a Sunday & it wasn't an emergency

It was 8 degrees out and our door would not shut. They were super busy, but fit us in. Our tec was super nice and went out of his way. We use to use a different company, but we will use precision all the time and would definitely recommend them. Our door was less then a year and a half old.

Previous experience with your company when you installed new and updated garage openers, led me to go back to you for a repair of one garage opener part. Your serviceman, Kevin, arrived within the promised time frame, calling while on the way, and when arrived. He easily sized up the job involved, gave me the standard quote, and completed the repair in good time. Then to my surprise and delight he said there would be no charge because it is considered an extension of the original installation service and warranty.
