Dear Precision, I was given an appointment time of 4:00-8:00 pm and was told i would receive a call from the technician about 30 minutes before his arrival which freed me to continue with my daily activities. I received a call from Tim at 5:05 pm telling me he was on his way. He showed up at exactly 5:35. He was very courteous and professional. He asked what the problem was, and did a quick diagnosis. He made the necessary repairs and tested the safety features. He even gave me some preventative maintenance tips on how to keep both doors working properly and pointed out some future trouble spots. There was no hard sell for parts or accessories. I was very please with the experience i had with Precision and will recommend them to my co-workers and neighbors. Good job Tim and the rest of the Precision team!

I now have the MOST gorgeous garage doors!! Kenny from Precision arrived, completely took down everything -- doors, tracks, motors, keypads, etc. which were a mess and replaced with gorgeous steel white carriage doors, quite motor, wall keypads with time and temperature on them (as well as where a message would go in case of malfunction about what is wrong); I have motion sensors which light up the garage every time, and a back up battery so in case of power failure, the doors still will work. I let my husband come home and be surprised, and he was so excited! Thank you Precision! Reasonable prices, excellent workmanship!

I called Precision Door Service to repair the old garage door opener that had broke and they immediately scheduled me with an appointment that afternoon. Rob Z., the technician who was assigned to my service, called twice to let me know he was on his way, which was incredibly helpful and allowed me to continue getting tasks done instead of needlessly waiting by the door. He inspected the opener, explained the problem and gave me his recommendation. He was qualified, extremely nice and I felt I could trust his opinion. We ended up buying a new garage door and Rob was able to provide sales assistance with that purchase as well. I am highly satisfied with the quality, professionalism and competency I received for this service.

Guy made a difficult situation much easier. He came out on a Saturday and made the window we were given. Even though he was going to make it on time, he called halfway through to let us know a more accurate time. Once here he reassured me that although it looked bad he could make it functional but was realistic in letting me know that one panel really needed to be replaced. I would recommend Gaetano and Precision to anyone who need a new or repair of a garage door.

We are completely impressed with the level of service we received today for our broken garage door. The Service Technician, Brian, kept me posted all day with when to expect him so I didn't have to wait around the house all afternoon. When he showed, he was knowledgeable and experienced.
