Guy made a difficult situation much easier. He came out on a Saturday and made the window we were given. Even though he was going to make it on time, he called halfway through to let us know a more accurate time. Once here he reassured me that although it looked bad he could make it functional but was realistic in letting me know that one panel really needed to be replaced. I would recommend Gaetano and Precision to anyone who need a new or repair of a garage door.

We are completely impressed with the level of service we received today for our broken garage door. The Service Technician, Brian, kept me posted all day with when to expect him so I didn't have to wait around the house all afternoon. When he showed, he was knowledgeable and experienced. Fixed the problem and within minutes I received an email receipt for payment and a thank you from the owner for choosing them. WOW!! That is customer service you just don't see anymore. Personal Service and Outstanding Customer Service! Well done! I would highly recommend this company and I am actually looking forward to purchasing a new garage door from them in the next year or so. I saw your coupon in the weekly mailer and prefer to use local businesses. The current opener does not complete the cycle and I was hoping it could be fixed with an adjustment or repair. I was influenced by the coupons that I have received in the mail from Precision door. That coupon saved me $70. I called Precision at 4:00 in the afternoon and the service call was scheduled for the very next morning. The service tech called me twice that morning to let me know when he would arrive. Once he showed up, he diagnosed the problem immediately and repaired the garage door opener within the next 45 minutes. Excellent service.

Service: Repair of Garage Door Operator Precision was very easy to schedule my service. Technician, Peter O, was excellent. He evaluated my entire system and thoroughly explained his findings that were understandable and made sense on issues with my system. In addition, he was accurate in diagnosing the problem by listening to how the garage door opener was functioning. And he explained the reason for it's breakdown. Even though it was late in the day as well as freezing in garage he worked hard to do the repair and make sure the problem was totally resolved and that we were totally satisfied. Thank you.

Not particularly. I searched the internet and the reviews were very good, so i went with Precision. The service was excellent and Ron finished in a timely fashion, as promised. The only negative, small one, - he was a bit pushy on the sales side. I didn't want to spend that much and he tried pushing more than i really wanted. When I declined he backed off. Thanks

I am very pleased to find a company that really does do business 24/7. I had an issue on a Sunday afternoon and they were able to come the next morning. The technician was knowledgeable and explained everything- when he found other issues he was able to stay and fix everything at the same visit. I will definitely call again when I need something else. In addition the email with information and pictures prior to the service call made me feel confident in the commitment of the company to good service.

I called Precision Door Service to repair the old garage door opener that had broke and they immediately scheduled me with an appointment that afternoon. Rob Z., the technician who was assigned to my service, called twice to let me know he was on his way, which was incredibly helpful and allowed me to continue getting tasks done instead of needlessly waiting by the door. He inspected the opener, explained the problem and gave me his recommendation. He was qualified, extremely nice and I felt I could trust his opinion. We ended up buying a new garage door and Rob was able to provide sales assistance with that purchase as well. I am highly satisfied with the quality, professionalism and competency I received for this service.
