Rob came out and did and excellent job repairing both doors for us. He showed up on time, was polite and courteous, explained what was wrong and showed me a variety of options to resolve the problem. My Garage Spring broke around 11 am. I called and had an appointment for the afternoon. My technician, Chris Karnacewicz called and gave me an approximate time, called back and said he was on the way. Arrived on time. He explained what needed to be done, fixed everything and was finished at 4 pm. That is quite remarkable!! Very nice, friendly and knew just what needed to be done. Perfect transaction in every way!

I would highly recommend Precision. The gentleman arrived on time and was well educated in his field. I opted to replace the entire garage door opener, parts, key pad etc. It was done in a timely manner. It was getting late in the day and he told me it would take 2 hours to complete. I told him he could do it another day since it was getting late. No, he was there to complete the job. He went over all the workings of the system since I am more of a visual learner and hate to read owners manuals. I would highly recommend them.

I needed to find "someone" in area to look at garage door problem and turned to the internet. You never know what you are getting but decided to take a chance and contact this company. Their web site was professional and appeared to be more than capable to take care of the problem. Their tel. was answered by a live operator and they arranged the appt. around my schedule. The service technician was scheduled to arrive between 12-4 on a Sat. but called earlier.....was friendly, efficient and took care of the minor problem within an hour. Very professional....took the time to explain the issue and how to prevent it from occurring in the future. Did not push products and left information if I ever needed future service. I would definitely use this company again in the future and highly recommend them - very well run.

This was our first experience with Precision. We must say that we used the phone book to find someone to repair our suddenly malfunctioning garage door. What a pleasant experience. I couldn't be more pleased. Kevin, the technician, arrived exactly at the estimated time, was pleasant and courteous and totally honest about the issues with my door. Kevin gave me several options to consider without absolutely no pressure. The repair took a fraction of the time I anticipated and the door is now working beautifully. Called Precision after reading other reviews. Called on a Sunday and got an appointment the next day .The teninician Greg called 15mins before he was scheduled and alerted me to his visit. I live in Florida and told him to repair the door as best he could as it had failed an inspection report as my house is sold in NJ. He was absolutely great,giving me options for fixing the door and getting it operational to pass the inspection or repairing it so it was fully functional He called me several times with his observations during repair . Being out of state it was such an easy process and I told him how lovely it was to deal with such a professional team who went over and above to help me with this issue . Great job Precision
