Had a slight problem with the wiring after my new opener installation. Called and Pete came out immediately and fixed the issue quickly without charge, excellent service. I should also mention that Pete had to travel a long distance (I live in the woods).

Garage door repair. The service provided was on time and excellent and my garage door is working just as new, the technician was very corteus and respectful. The only issue I have is that it was a little bit expensive for my taste.

I've been using Precision to service our garage doors for years, they installed our opener and I call them whenever we have a problem. The technicians that come to the house are always knowledgable and polite. Kevin S came to our house recently to install cables for safety into the springs and he is an asset to your company, friendly and efficient. I have no reason to call any other company when it comes to garage doors and garage door openers.

I called Precision Door again when I had an issue with my garage door opener which was purchased in 1996. Precision has now installed 2 new Lift Masters at my home. They call back, they call ahead, they show up on time and they do the work without issue. The trucks make a good appearance and the techs are always neat and professional. They Explain what needs to be done and they never have to "go back to the shop" mid-repair. It is also good to know that Precision does background checks and drug tests on their employees. Highly recommended.

We had received a coupon in the mail and decided to contact Precision yesterday when our garage door had its problem. The technician came today as expected, was very polite, knowledgeable and competent and made us feel that the job would be done well and correctly. We have already referred Precision to a neighbor.

Kevin was professional, prompt and efficient. Our door would not close by pushing the button and as it turned out the electronic eyes or sensor were not lined up. He discovered this immediately, made the adjustment and took the time to explain everything. The only negative thing I have to comment about is that your advertisement includes a $25 coupon off the regularly priced service call of $69 - I specifically asked the customer service rep when I called in about the use of it as well as what the $69 charge covered. I was led to believe that the $25 could be taken off the $69 if that was the only charge incurred. Kevin told me that the $25 would only be applied if he had charged me an additional labor charge, which thankfully he did not. Overall, I feel the service provided and the peace of mind in having my door working again was well worth the $69!
