Because of a previous positive experience with Precision, I called them again when a metal part attached to the bottom of the door and to the torsion cables tore and the door could no longer open or close. The technician, Ron, arrived when he said he would in our phone conversation. After evaluating the situation, Ron clearly explained the various options and costs. I chose a more comprehensive solution which could save money over the long term. Ron fixed the problem efficiently, while agreeably fielding questions as I watched. He discovered the original cause of the problem - incorrect installation by the builder. I strongly recommend this service.

Glad everythin ent well. Guess you are a Ford guy. We have a mix in our fleet, but had some issues with our Ford 6.0 Diesels.

Just had the motor replaced on my garage door by Brandon and I couldn't be happier. He called about 20 minutes prior to arriving to let me know he was on his way. When he got here he quickly diagnosed the problem and give me a few options and in the end I choose the best one that suited my needs and budget. I feel I got great service, at a great price. I would definitely recommend Precision (and Brandon, too)

To begin with, your Yellow Page ad is excellent and a confidence builder. Your website is even better, especially the educational films. Your Technician, Brian, explained that my old Sear's garage door opener was beyond repair. He priced a variety of replacements for it, and installed my choice quickly and very professionally. Per Precisions policy he also performed a written thorough safety check on the entire door assembly and made sensible reccomendations.
