You installed my garage door lift a few years ago, and for the most part, it has been problem free. The battery for the battery backup failed after the hurricane, and I had a service tech here today to fix it. As always, your people are very courteous and professional.,.truly a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend your company without hesitation to anyone needing this type of service.

Service technician called 1hr before arrival and arrived on time. Service was clean, fast and complete. My 2 star rating is because fee for service was very high when compared to amount of labor time required. Had I known the job would only take about 1 hour to complete, I would have declined the service based on the price.
