Brian Smithson has worked on my garage door twice.(December 2009 and April 2010. He finds out what needs to be done and takes as much time as needed to do the job completely and dose it well. He has always been courteous,pleasant and accomodating. he does a very good job representing your company.

Being in the service industry and knowing the importance of our field personnel, I looked closely at the photos and bkgrnd/drug test info. Tim showed up on time and was knowlesgeable, friendly, and went right to work. Good guy. I went back to my own work w/o concern. He was done in good time and my garage was neat & clean. I was delighted with the service I received from your company. Theresa was wonderful on the phone. She answered all of my questions and was always pleasant to me. The two service technicians that came to replace both of my garage doors and fix the flashing knew their job and did it well. The doors run smoothly on the tracks and I am very happy with the service provided.

He was thoroughly familiar with his products, and explained everything in detail, then demonstrated how it worked. He was very polite, patient, left no debris, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. tim is first of all a good guy with a great personality! he knew just what the problem was with my existing opener door opener and gave me my options, while at the same time used that knowledge to sell me what i considerd to be a good product;at the same time tim fixed my wife's garage door which was damaged do to her loss of concentration while backing out. u should be proud to have tim as a part of your team. The motor needed repair. Jeff recommended other items to repair/replace to add years to our current garage door system. While we couldn't afford all options recommended, we decided on new pulleys, since Jeff said, at the very least, these would greatly increase the life span of the door systems, based on how often the doors are opened & closed.
