Luke was wonderful and very knowledgable. We were happy to have gotten Precision to do our repair/replacement of the rubber beneath our 2 garage doors. We certainly would call again if there is another issue with our doors in the future.

While I was impressed with the service that Luke performed, he did not recommend services that were not needed for a second door, the thing that most impressed me was that he was supposed to be here between 12 and 4. I got a call at 12:07 telling me he would be here at 3:30. He then called me again at 2 PM and said he would be here in 45 minutes, which he was. He was pleasant to deal with and seemed very knowldgable. He sjhowed me how to grease the pulleys and even left a tube of grease for me to use next year. I was extremely satisfied.
