One of the torsion springs on our garage door broke late in the day on Sunday. That pretty much rendered the garage door useless. I learned from Chris the technician that our garage door weighs 240 pounds. Good door and the spring had lasted 13 years. Precision was the third place I called from my Internet search and the first to answer the phone. A good start. The website stated that most services could be delivered within four hours. The technician, Chris, called ahead and arrived earlier which for us was better. We talked about torsion springs and other maintenance that we could consider and The entire repair and tuneup was completed within an hour. Top-notch. I would recommend Precision to family and friends without reservation.

I was impressed with the information your company provided on the internet. This information convinced me that Precision could provide the type of garage doors I was in the market for. I met Service Technician Chris Karnacewicz as scheduled, he measure the opening for the two garage doors. He immediately stated that the 8' x 9' is consider a commercial door opening and that he would take a picture with his cell phone and send it to his supervisor to see if their company would be interested in doing the work. I told Chris that I would be flexible on down sizing the door, make sure you advise your supervisor of this. He spoke to me for no more than 10 minutes when he said that he would be in touch with me and started to depart. I asked Chris if he had a brochure on the type of doors Precision could offer and does he have a business card? Chris went to his company truck, retrieved the two documents I requested, and immediately returned to his truck to depart. His last words to me, I will be in touch. As of this date, I have not received any telephone call or emails from Chris Karnacewicz which has given me the impression that my garage door project was too involve and complicated for Precision.

Our technician did an absolutely excellent job!! He was extremely knowledgeable and He repaired our door quickly and now it is so quiet. It operates so smoothly now. We are so thankful and will be recommending Prevision to our family and friends. We also loved that we received email and text alerts advising us of exactly who was coming to our home and when he was expected to arrive. When I called for service, I told the young lady my garage doors were very noisy and felt they needed some lubrications in order to be quieter and that everything else seemed to be in working order. Told her I had a coupon and was a senior citizen....asked an apprioate price and was told it would be about $69.00. Imagine my surprise when the final bill was two hundred and two dollars and 23 cents. I of course paid the bill but vow not to ever call again because you were too expensive for just a lubrication. I will say the technician was on time and friendly. However, I was disappointed this menial service was way overpriced. Thank you, Betty Filson 6 Steeplechase Way, Hackettstown, N.J.

My garage door opener died and I needed a new one. I was able to schedule for the following day. Brian called half and hour before he was to arrive and performed an assessment of my unit. He gave me options with the price. He was extremely professional and courteous. Once I choose the option I felt was best he started working. I had everything replaced except the door and rails. It took him about an hour to install everything and I could not be happier. I highly recommend Precision.

I am glad my wife chose to call Precision For new garage door opener. Fronm get go every one connected to arrange appointment to the actual installation was caring, courteous and prompt. We were kept well informed throughout via email, text . Chris arrived promptly, reviewed our need and gave us good recommendation of the Liftmaster opener to install at a reasonable price. I agreed and Chris completed the install professionally and promptly as he had all the products in his well appointed truck. Chris also programmed opener in my car, and outsde the garage door frame. The unit works very well, is much quiter than our old unit. I was able to set up MyQ App easily.
