Precision Door is one of those companies that actually delivers on expectation. I have had some bad experience with companies that send sales people to the house...high pressure..sign now...none of that with Precision. Ricky, the sales person, couldn't have been more helpful while walking me through choices..he's great at his job. Then Rodrigo showed up to install..within the promised time line and made fast work of the installation. He, also, was very experienced and polite, easy to talk with. He had to reschedule a follow-up appointment to complete a small task, and again, both he and the company delivered on their promise. I highly reccommend Precision Door...they have a really good business model..hire high quality people to deliver their high quality products and services.

We were having some trouble with our remotes.. Kevin called and wanted to assist us over the phone but I asked that he come anyway.. I am so glad he did. Although it was only a loose connection we decided to replace the opener with a battery backup one... Kevin was wonderful and so helpful..
