Lou and Adam were here this afternoon to replace the springs, rollers, and cables. They did a great job. They were professional and knowledgeable. They explained what needed to be done and gave me some options. Best of all, they had the parts on the truck to handle the repair/install immediately. I am so pleased with their work. Luke was wonderful and very knowledgable. We were happy to have gotten Precision to do our repair/replacement of the rubber beneath our 2 garage doors. We certainly would call again if there is another issue with our doors in the future.

While I was impressed with the service that Luke performed, he did not recommend services that were not needed for a second door, the thing that most impressed me was that he was supposed to be here between 12 and 4. I got a call at 12:07 telling me he would be here at 3:30. He then called me again at 2 PM and said he would be here in 45 minutes, which he was. He was pleasant to deal with and seemed very knowldgable. He sjhowed me how to grease the pulleys and even left a tube of grease for me to use next year. I was extremely satisfied.

Our garage door was quite noisy and we thought it time to repair. Brian H. Was our technician and he was polite and knowledgeable. He explained what was wrong, gave recomendations and options. We replaced the garage opener motor, rollers and springs. It opens so quiet! Exceeded our expectations!

I needed a new motor for my garage door as well as new rollers. Chris, the tech, came within the given time range and called when he was 30 minutes from the house so I knew when to expect him. After inspecting the door, he was able to install the new opener/engine on the spot. Excellent, hassle-free service with great results.

Value that you provide information on the technician that will come to my house ahead of time. Luke was excellent. He called to advise when he would arrive. He is professional and explained everything to me before I made decision on what garage opener to purchase, no pressure at all. Precision Door is one of those companies that actually delivers on expectation. I have had some bad experience with companies that send sales people to the house...high pressure..sign now...none of that with Precision. Ricky, the sales person, couldn't have been more helpful while walking me through choices..he's great at his job. Then Rodrigo showed up to install..within the promised time line and made fast work of the installation. He, also, was very experienced and polite, easy to talk with. He had to reschedule a follow-up appointment to complete a small task, and again, both he and the company delivered on their promise. I highly reccommend Precision Door...they have a really good business model..hire high quality people to deliver their high quality products and services.
