I needed a new motor for my garage door as well as new rollers. Chris, the tech, came within the given time range and called when he was 30 minutes from the house so I knew when to expect him. After inspecting the door, he was able to install the new opener/engine on the spot. Excellent, hassle-free service with great results.

Value that you provide information on the technician that will come to my house ahead of time. Luke was excellent. He called to advise when he would arrive. He is professional and explained everything to me before I made decision on what garage opener to purchase, no pressure at all. Luke then explained everything about all the special features after installation so I would understand how to use the system properly and safely. Again he is an Excellent technician. Precision Door is one of those companies that actually delivers on expectation. I have had some bad experience with companies that send sales people to the house...high pressure..sign now...none of that with Precision. Ricky, the sales person, couldn't have been more helpful while walking me through choices..he's great at his job. Then Rodrigo showed up to install..within the promised time line and made fast work of the installation. He, also, was very experienced and polite, easy to talk with. He had to reschedule a follow-up appointment to complete a small task, and again, both he and the company delivered on their promise. I highly reccommend Precision Door...they have a really good business model..hire high quality people to deliver their high quality products and services.
