We had a window from 8-12....our technician, Lou, called to let us know that he had a bigger job than anticipated and may come outside the window-we appreciated that. At 1pm, Lou called back to let us know he was on his way and couldn't have been more apologetic for being late. When he arrived he was extremely professional and courteous. He listened to our concerns and came up with a plan of action. He addressed every issue and concern we had and stayed until everything was working perfectly. We would recommend Lou to anyone. Thank you again Lou for all your help!!

Our technician was Rob Z. He was on time, he called ahead to let us know he was coming. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. He did not have all the parts to finish the job and advised that he would have to return. We needed new rubber seals on the bottom of both doors. He evaluated our garage doors and your office provided us with a copy of the report. At my request, your office emailed me a detailed invoice. Everyone was very nice to deal with.

Technician Lou, was fast, smart, precise and overall great. The install of my new unit was quick but he paid very close attention to all details. My old garage unit was slow, old and my door creaked and shook constantly. Lou got the new unit installed and spruced up my door with new parts and my garage unit and door literally don't make a sound! I would highly recommend, don't call anyone else call Precision right away!

I've used Precision for the 2nd time and have been beyond pleased with both services. The technician was Rob, and he was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. There were no surprises, Rob took the time to show me what was causing the problem and to answer my questions. Rob came out and did and excellent job repairing both doors for us. He showed up on time, was polite and courteous, explained what was wrong and showed me a variety of options to resolve the problem. Once I made the selection he completed the job and I am very happy with the outcome. I will definitely use Precision again! You made it easy and convenient. Today May 10, 2015 came the technician of Precision Door Service his name Peter Orlando, He did excellent job, He is very nice professional man. He was very kind and very courteous. My Garage Spring broke around 11 am. I called and had an appointment for the afternoon. My technician, Chris Karnacewicz called and gave me an approximate time, called back and said he was on the way. Arrived on time. He explained what needed to be done, fixed everything and was finished at 4 pm. That is quite remarkable!! Very nice, friendly and knew just what needed to be done. Perfect transaction in every way!
