While I was impressed with the service that Luke performed, he did not recommend services that were not needed for a second door, the thing that most impressed me was that he was supposed to be here between 12 and 4. I got a call at 12:07 telling me he would be here at 3:30. He then called me again at 2 PM and said he would be here in 45 minutes, which he was. He was pleasant to deal with and seemed very knowldgable. He sjhowed me how to grease the pulleys and even left a tube of grease for me to use next year. I was extremely satisfied.

Precision Door is one of those companies that actually delivers on expectation. I have had some bad experience with companies that send sales people to the house...high pressure..sign now...none of that with Precision. Ricky, the sales person, couldn't have been more helpful while walking me through choices..he's great at his job. Then Rodrigo showed up to install..within the promised time line and made fast work of the installation. He, also, was very experienced and polite, easy to talk with. He had to reschedule a follow-up appointment to complete a small task, and again, both he and the company delivered on their promise. I highly reccommend Precision Door...they have a really good business model..hire high quality people to deliver their high quality products and services.
