It was a simple issue. Broken spring. Tech was knowledgeable and quickly repaired the door. I thought the price was high. Luckily I had a coupon. I still have not received my receipt that was supposed to be emailed.

Chris K. was the technician who installed the door for me. He was courteous, professional, and above all was observant of all the social distancing and health suggestions that are so necessary at this odd time in our nation's history (especially appreciated as I am in four different "at-risk" categories as a heart transplant recipient) . The new Lift Master opener works great and seems to be quite a high quality product. I was also impressed at how quickly the installation went. Chris even offered to chase after a neighbor's escaped dog for me (I didn't take him up on that). Thanks so much for a very pleasant experience.

Garage door spring broke at noon on a Saturday and it was fixed by 5 pm that same day! Awesome live chat setup for appointment and technician was professional as well as nice. Highly recommend.

Didn't get to finish! Cleaned the tracks for the new rollers. He was careful about health safety necessary at this time and polite; answered questions. Hopefully it will all work well for the years ahead! (Not sure if the first part of this went through) but just mentioned I ended up with new rollers that I'm not sure were necessary at this time but hopefully they will be efficient for the years ahead.
